Welcome to the forum and we're sorry to hear of your diagnosis , We have had a member who recently was successful without evidence of two medications after being rejected elsewhere although with different issues and they were successful at Alternaleaf Clinic but If able to I would definitely email a few speculative applications to clinics with the hope of a positive response from a couple with what to do next .
They will still need medical records (SCR )but you may have meds that have been used previously somewhere along the line that support your application say painkillers or such as you would get prescribed Medical Cannabis for symptoms like pain, anxiety and insomnia caused by other illness's 🙏

It is definitely prescribed for symptoms of your illness 🙏

This is good and hopefully they can assist you as they will be able to retrieve your medical records for you saving a lot of hassle and will be able to advise you one way or another then how to gain access and we've had a few members worried about there medical history but after applying to a few clinics they tend to find one receptive to their needs if not always the first they approach .

Good luck with everything. I have a PC diagnosis and got a medical cannabis prescription although I'm getting it for anxiety and depression related to the diagnosis and had tried talking therapy and sertraline. The only time they will be wobbly about prescribing is if you are on chemotherapy as cannabis can lower your immune system.

Make sure to add in some CBD to your routine

In the first instance CB1 Medical would probably accept a clinical letter with mention of your condition if you upload it to the app. And possibly waive the consultation fee in view of your diagnosis.
And the two other treatments don’t necessarily have to be treatments prescribed by doctors. For instance if your NHS meds had given you edema and you had lymphatic massage from a private therapist in an effort to treat it that should be regarded as a treatment.
The very best of everything to you for your application and for your treatment.

It's a rly shit diagnosis man. I got same, with my mets in bones. I started on triple therepy, so at least 2 of those treatments count individually. I would also consider any pain relief you may have been prescribed too. I got accepted with Integro, very happy with process and the pharmacy too. It's a process to go through, but aren't they all. Hope you find yours

Yeah it's shitty diagnosis, but I'm keeping my head-up, walking 10 to 20kms per day helps with the fatigue of the ADT therapy, not sure what it will be like after starting Radiation on the 18th. I'm a prepare for the worst hope for the best kind of person. I will try to survive as long as I can.

It was easy to get a scrip. As soon as the DR read bone mets he asked me what I needed, all done in 10 mins.
