You see I think that could be the deal breaker for me, if it's Portuguese I'll need too see some consistent/good reviews, whereas if it's Canadian I'd be more inclined to purchase it blindly so to speak, absolutely zero method in my thinking

No, Tilray and their partner brands (Broken Coast and Good Supply) have only been imported by Grow and IPS so far as far as we know.
