Setting up another device

I have a new ipad now and I tried to get on the forums but it is saying the email and the password are already in use.

I don't really know what to do but there is no rush during the holidays as I.have my phone to use

You should be able to login from multiple locations without issue, did you perhaps select the registration option instead of login? Both the main database and the forums here should not block you from logging in on other devices.
