Flower Sitka Legends KSD T27 Kim's Sweet Diesel

I am lucky in the sense I can go to sleep on whatever strain, as long as I have any the sleep will come. So my main goal is always to be able to focus during the day.

This is one of those rare ones I ordered a 2nd bag of.
Yeah sadly not much helps me with sleep. So strains that work for that are hard to come by. And when I find one it always gets sold out. I like a daytime buzz too though.

Glad I got 20gs of this. Very nice looking and smelling buds. Great value for 5.50. Tastes and smells kinda hazey. Feels like an afternoon strain for me, got a bit of a kick to it.

You might not like it if you don’t like hazes or that racey feeling. But I would say it’s not as racey as an actual haze.

Little dry but I’m sure broveda would help, not overly dry, still vapes smoothly out of the bag.

Interestingly, I use this as a mild relaxant, work focus bud. Defo not racey for me.

However the dryness... This was my only bud ever where the boveda DID NOT help! I had it in there for like a month and it's still as crunchy as styro, like on the first day. Not sure where the moisture is going, maybe faulty boveda? Seemed fine upon checking, jelly is moving around inside. For the new bag, I'll use another one.

But it still tastes good and I don't mind dry bud at all as long as it works.

I mean I wouldn’t rate it as a super racey strain, for me it’s nice and pleasant. But some people can be sensitive to that so I guess it depends.

I think Broveda say their packs last 2-4 months but it depends on how much the jar is opened and how dry the bud is etc.

As long as it’s not harsh to vape I don’t mind too much.

The dryness is extreme. I already swapped bovedas, no change, it just remains crunchy crumbly dry. I have never seen anything like this before, and can't explain it. Where is the humidity going from the pack?

I actually don't hate dry bud, but this one got to a level where it messes my throat and my mouth in general (especially as it's a weaker T23, needing more tokes), I am now mixing this with the kush cookies... works a bit better that way.

Yeah I had mine in a jar for over a week and it improved- but still very dry. I still didn't find it it hurt my throat though, but I mostly used at lower temps.

I mean this is in the jar since December, and I already even swapped bovedas. It just remains dry, whatever I do, and again, I just don't know where all that moisture is actually ending up then 😁 I had this twice but got WAY dryer for the 2nd batch, so I'm done with this one for a while

I guess when it's too dry and brittle the Broveda can't help as much. I've heard about people putting other things like fruit peels in their jars? Haven't tried it myself.

We used apple slices as silly kids decades ago, but it's ultimately not that sterile, introduces unwanted bacteria to your medication.

Yeah I thought it might make it mouldy.
Here's the crunchy bastard, looks damn good I admit

Mine are about the same, big nugs that look great. First time trying Sitka Legends, the quality of the flower looks good, so will probably try something from them again in the future. Just not something close to expiry, this expired last week. Although I've had others that have expired without being as dry.
