YouTube SmackSalad | I Made A Huge Mistake... Costa Coffee Weed Audit

This bloke really is a nuisance! Has he been asked to go in to coffee shops and bother the staff who are just trying to go about there work? If you really need a hit on the vape that much!! GO OUTSIDE like everybody else!!

I can see that POV but I personally think he handles things how we all should.

Go into an establishment with leaflets and guidance (that's good for everyone), then if it's busy or there's children in there he won't use it (like none of us should be doing, the Cannabis Industry Council guidance specifically talks about effecting other people).

I know people who cannot physically move without Cannabis, these people can't just move on and that's why I think things like this, in a respectful way are not only okay but a must if we're to move forward in this country.

He's respectful, stays within the bounds of the law and is constantly asks for lines of communication and ways to engage with head offices to make them aware of what is and isn't allowed.

Like I say, I get the POV that it's annoying or as you put it a nuisance. but at the same time we need a level of activism in this country to promote our already existing rights and if you're going to be an activist doing it respectfully is the only way.

I'm interested in your general views on this, do you think, because of the smells, that we should be kept to outside smoking areas only regardless of the fact its medical and not recreational? - I'm not trying to debate you btw. I just like hearing multiple perspectives.

I think this is where the carts come in really handy and exactly the reason I own several, 9 out of 10 people probably wouldn't even realise it's different than the vast array of nicotine vapes available as they blend in so well, they're a much more conveniant option than having to mess around loading/unloading a vape..

I'm generally not arsed of peoples opinions regarding cannabis, the smell etc but I still sub conciously think to myself I prefare stealth and discreetness, I like a quiet life and I have no time for awkward interactions having to explain myself etc.

I appreciate everyone is different so I have no qualms if people do want to load their Venty up or whatever device it is they have if it's required, like my missus for example if her spinal condition pinches a nerve whilst we're out in public but eating inside or having a coffee she has to stay put until that sensation and influx of pain subsides, there isn't the option of going outside as she's physically unable to walk until the pressure of the nerve releases but that's where the carts are worth their value! It's all a matter of ifs and buts, what's needed for each specific individual and their condition(s), I think aslong as people aren't just going into places knowing they have a prescription and taking liberties with the afforded laws & rights of being a medical patient by abusing it and taking the piss I think a good percentage of people would totally understand once explained to them.

Not in a million years would I walk in to a shop or coffee shop, whip out my vape and start using it!!
Who has done that? I've not seen anyone do that.

If you need medication that much do it before you enter the place!! or use Oil's!.
I disagree with that. Oils can take a long time to come into effect, they're harder to dose and for some people they just dont work. If you're in a coffee shop, or on a train, etc. and you suffer with legitimate, almost house-bound disabilities that make movement impossible then are they just not supposed to go to public places?

It's a really difficult question to answer in all honesty because you risk alienating a group of patients who already feel house-bound, or you risk upsetting a few members of the public who dislike the smell. I don't know who or if anyone should be prioritized in these situations. but I do think we need to have a sensible conversation about how those worst effective are supposed to live.

I don't agree that patients should be able to go anywhere and vape but I do think people like Smacksalad, Fozz and their new auditing YouTube channel only provide a source of open dialog that needs to be had at some point. regardless of the outcome. and that's ultimately what I saw in this video, I mean he didn't even use his Mighty did he?

Distilliate carts?

or rosin/resin? - I've found people complain more with the rosin vapes than they do with my flower in enclosed spaces like cars.

Both to be fair mate distillate & resin/rosin, we went to Tenerife last year from Manchester Airport, flight delayed by a few hours and the walking around the terminal crippled my missus, she loaded her Mighty up in the female toilets and went to the designated smoking area and honestly people gave her abit of grief over the smell of 4C Labs Pink Kush I thought omfg it's shit flower with little terpenes and folks are huffing and puffing, moving away like it's the plague 🤣🤷‍♂️

I think a lot of people think you're doing something illegal and want to distance themselves or something. But no, fair point on the airports. did she get any grief from staff? I've never used in an airport outside of smoking areas in other countries.

Distilliate i do think is a god send but I do wish we had more options that weren't artificially flavored. I struggle to use them for long periods of time.

Not a single issue from any of the staff mate, no bag check, no security searches, just straight through, exactly same on the way back no issues on the Spanish end ☺️ 100% agree that we need a few options minus the flavourings, they give me abit of a raw throat by the end of the day 😩

That's great to hear!

I've never really bought anything back on the Spanish side because I never get the permits. You're always grand on the way back?
