Alright you beautiful lot... It's my long awaited 2nd appointment tomorrow.. You guys have been amazing giving me such good information so far but as for tomorrow - Any top tips ?

Unless it's fucked you up, don't say it's fucked you up and you'll be fine 🤣

Seriously though, don't sweat it, if all is good then say that, if it isn't then raise any concerns

If you want a certain strain tell them that, if you think you need a higher limit or a different format, tell them that

My experience has been that there's nothing to worry about and honesty and being clear about what you need is best

If you tolerated your first prescription well enough, ask them to add a strain selector to your online portal so from month 3 onwards you'll have some choice/flexibility in strains.

If you have a particular strain in mind you'd like to try for month 2, just let them know what it is. Try to show them you've done your research and have a clinical reason for thinking it'll work for you.

Other than that, just try to write down some notes of what you want to tell them about your first month including:

1) What did it do for your symptoms/what didn't it do you'd like
2) Did you have any adverse events
3) Are there any reasons you did not like the strains you had (taste/smell/etc)
4) Calculate your usage over the month to help inform them of whether your prescription is the appropriate size and appropriate balance of day/night strains

Spot on thank you... Even though I'm 30 years on and off, this medical journey is so fascinating and I'm learning so much so quickly ! Still clueless currently lol ! But I decided starting a cannabis journal of strains was a good idea so I bought a journal and have started from 1st prescription.. Great advice and is in line with how I'm currently thinking and approaching Apt No'2...
