What do people use for storing meds? Particularly when using multiple strains? Obviously kept in original tubs etc... but what do you then keep those tubs in? Looking for specialist storage boxes or the like ✌️

Hello and welcome to the forum, hope you're well! 😁

I should imagine a nice square box would suffice for pots/packets 🙂

Welcome @lienadbish87

I don't keep anything in tubs. The second it arrives it comes out and goes into amber glass jars.

I have around 75 of all different sizes but these are the best bang for buck - https://amzn.eu/d/0bnHrhvF

Then I store all of that in cupboard. Dark, dry and cool is what you're looking for in terms of long term storage.

Wecome! lThere is no requirement to keep your MC in original tubs or pouches at home. I keep them with the related script and use them if I am out only. Put your smaller dark jar ( many sizes available) as JA linked above in the tub if out.

The tubs give a nasty plasticky smell to the flos in the experience of many, sometimes a slightly " singed" smell due to the heat sealing.

I then use suitably sized clip lock food boxes to store jars of unground flos in jars, you will find that keeps the last smells locked away ( contamination of the jar, lid will create a smell as well as imperfect seal) and as fresh as you like.

Many people use 62% hydration packs to keep humidity of MC flos at a stable level. 8)

I have always used mason jars av 1 litre jars but i used to see automated curing lids or manual like burp lids for jars. After doing some fermenting i bought the easy fermenter wide mouth lids exact same as burp lids and alot cheaper. It takes out the oxygen in the jar creating the perfect seal and you can even have it half full with no oxygen so perfect for bud imo. Will link it at bottom and jujst buy 84mm wide mouth jars so easy to fit hand into jar instead of pouring them out.

Easy fermenter lids at a bargain price under £9

I've always kept herb in Kilner jars, whether a home grow left curing or my bought in stash and can't fault them, and there's a dinky little one too :D

And sorry I missed your other question. I just have some cardboard boxes from parcels I've had and they are arranged in a locked deep drawer.

I put the mylar bags in one box, plastic tubs in a other etc.

nothing fancy for me

Really!? I genuinely thought that we were supposed to keep it in the "original packaging"!? 😲

No not strictly. Keep the original packaging with paper scriptwhen at home, and both with you when you go out as described. Police are not very well informed, still. 8)

Also, don't walk around with a goddamn tub. Take a mylar bag of another med, that comfortably fits in your pocket. Five-oh won't know if you have Jack Herer or Banana Daddy lol.

I carry my meds around in preloaded vape capsules, and I make sure I have at least one EMPTY mylar bag with me as proof of ownership and legality.

This.

Get your meds in brown glass jars as soon as you can. After a week it’ll be night and day difference.
