Lank72 put me on to the machine last week, think the machine works out around £63 ish on ali exspress -

No smell when decarbing which is a winner for me compared to when i was doing it in the oven

I think the SD is clear in terms of smell, taste and effects. It's genuinely up there with the likes of Pave S1 for me as an effective flower. Different effects but just as effective.

The current batch isn't quite as fresh, little dry but it's workable.

The powdered donuts have felt more mellow for me. Nice flower, a lot less offensive than the SD as it's more floral than gassy.

A little muted in general and more of a chill out flower as opposed to something that'll put you on your ass.

I'm debating whether powdered donuts will be a re-order, I need more time with it. The SD you know is an instant winner.

The only downside is some people don't like those strong, heavy gassy smells and flavours but if you could stomach the CCK then I imagine you could work with anything really.

Mate I just set it off on it's merry way decarbing for 110 mins then I'll add some fluid and bingo it's so simple and I plan on butter for cooking as you've seen above and all the time medicating
Absolutely worth it and I paid just over £70 for the same one the rest have ordered from Ali Express.

Pave is the best sleep option on the market, I've not met a single person who didn't rate it a 10/10. It's the only strain I'll spend £90 on happily.

If you spend on any strain it would be that one imo.

I couldn't get along with the CCK, I have loads of it left from July that I plan to use for edibles. but different strains for different brains as they say.

I think the best way to find what works for you is to do a bit of admin. Keep track of what did work, it's lineage and available terp profile.

So let's take PK for example, OG Kush is a part of it's lineage so I would look for OG Kush or OG Kush children. The MedBud.com/formulary (scroll to lineage) is a gold mine for this.

Id also reckon that Kush in general would good options, some of the outright low THC Kush like the Hindu Kush or Death Bubba Kush may still be really effective for you at the same time something like a Canopy Growth® Kush Mints coild also be a winner. I don't have CCK down as a typical Kush fwiw.

The same principle applies to terpenes. Take note of what's dominant in flower that works for you, then use the formulary page to search by dominant terpenes to find suitable matches. terpenes do interact differently with one another at different quantities and with other terpenes present so it's not a perfect science but it helps you get an idea.

I prefer to go by strain lineage personally but everyone's different. Ultimately you just have to play the game, waste money and learn on the job.

I don't have to order any MC oil this month and that's saved between £70 and £120. Possibly won't have to again

It's a piece of piss mate, it's basically got decarb and infuse pre-settings, so you just pick a setting and it keeps an even temp for a certain time and beeps when it's done.

It's got a handy little book with instructions in and has come out perfect every time for me so far with not much effort

My decarber came yesterday i threw 5g bon nuit in and made meself 70 ml of infused mct oil - tried it out this mornin n nicely medicated

Considering the bud was only £35 i have 70ml of oil

Because the infusions are only 150 mins i done a second infusion with solid coconut oil and then used that to make a lil cake tiis morninf

I am already planning my next infusion

Will get Pave as a treat then as been wanting for a looong time. Yeah and nah I tried many Kushes on Medical and most were dead to me. Fly to Amsterdam, get a proper OG Kush and its day and night difference. Ive been medicating 30 years and most of these MC strains belong in the bin yet they are premium priced. I'm a cannabis connoisseur and had incredible weed in my hands in the last 3 decades. Talk with people and they never seen or heard about such. Everyones diferent alright but when the bud is potent it will slap the living soul out of everyone and make you a zombie at such high THC levels when on MC the bud is just meh and does barely anything at all. So for me maybe 5% of what I try I want to get again. If that makes sense.

I found 70mil covered the bud nicely on my first infusion

For the second round with the same
Bud i threw 50 ml of solid coconut oil in

The fairy cake recipe is -
50ml canna oil
50g sugar
50g self raising flour
1 egg
Lil Vannila extract

Mix oil and suger together
add egg and vanilla extract and mix
Add self raising flour

Cook in oven 160c fan/180 normal

I cooked it for 14 mins

I coudnt find me cup cake cases so made do with a pan

If you make cupcakes just cook for 8-10 mins

- there was still life in the bud after the first infusion so defo worth doing a
Second infusion for some
Weeker edibles

Will be giving a AVB infusion a try sooner or later

You'll only get quality on the craft grows and then then it's craft weed that couldn't be sold on rec markets as craft level weed so it's not true restaurant quality to begin with if that makes sense.

Some people just can't get used to the change and supplement with BM but this is what medical is unfortunately.

Well when a simply grown stuff at home comes out 10x more potent and makes you take 1/10 to be medicated and lasts ages VS the overpriced MC which costs an arm and a leg that does absolutely fuck all- I'll be very very skeptical with new "gambles" because there is nothing worse then paying your hard earned money, getting the lot, opening the pot and instantly know that this shit has only one place to be at - the bin. 20 years ago I wouldn't believe you if you'd have told me that MC will be like this. For the record I tried Dutch MC which was prescribed for Leukaemia patient. And it was one of the best flowers I've tried in my 30 years consuming. But things are way different there and its not the place to derail the thread.

I'm happy with a few flowers on medical for the price point atm so at least thats positive. Trying some CCK through bong now and feels like a coffee Probably will have to take PK out for a bit
