Love a bit of shepherds pie and my appetite has gone into overdrive compared to usual recently and I've just got back from a short dog walk and ate two pies with the thought of I wonder what to have for tea

Thank you so much. I am home and awaiting an emergency fasting scan tomorrow at 13:10.

This has spurred me to make better choices with food. I am trying to lose weight. I was 98kg at the beginning of December. My liver issue is because I am so overweight for me.

So, I have been having fun mixing codeine with Sourdough. I am so grateful for the ease of the Zeus. @Dooby Doo Thank you so much for suggesting it. It is definitely a life saver right now.

I comfort eat. Is there anyone else that does the same? I have tried to do some super strict diets. I am now attempting as much fresh food as possible and reducing dairy by a massive amount. I got to where I am by binge eating when I had a treat day.

I've opened the Dalgety High Society and it looks, smells and feels lovely and as commented before by someone well grown
It's expiry is is 19/02 but by the looks of things this is not relevant as it's in great condition so it looks a bargain at the mo and I'll see what my wife thinks of effects wise etc later but my first impression of it is it's a good buy for us for £60 and good to see a British producer getting it right

The price whilst on offer looks a no brainer from where I'm sat and hopefully as they keep pumping stuff out of this quality RRP prices come down to meet patients finances as they hold advantages over overseas producers .
Also the PS Cap junky that's been on offer recently too is another no brainer for those it suits.

I decided to search for a possible alt for the CannFX Permanent Marker as if it does not return before I finish my last 10G I will be without effective sedation for insomnia. The Seed Junky PM does not work at all for me.

Requested the CannFX Mochi T28 Mochi Gelato asit seems to be Gelato 47, thats sedative!

I am sat in SDEC. They think I have a stone stuck in a bile duct. I need an MRI. No idea how long that will take. My silly arsed thought I wouldn't be believed that I am in pain. But apparently I am a little jaundiced so no faking it here.

If it is a stuck stone then it is an ERCP which is like having and endoscopy but you are positioned in a pretzel way and then heavy sedation.

When I get home I am going to treat myself to a capsule of Peace Naturals® Cookies and then some HoneyDew. Because being at the hospital for hours on end again deserves a big treat! I was bricking it thinking it was cancer. It is the furthest thing from the surgeons mind!

I am still blown away from the Matins on Sunday. It really did feel like being home. I love how much the Greek Orthodox religion is so much about peace, love, courage and strength.

Yes! It was so so so good! I am super sensitive and I could feel a spiritual healing taking place. It brought me to tears many times because of the sheer beauty and the love that I felt.

I have the capacity to love. When I say 'I love you' here to you or @Dooby Doo I mean it with every fibre of my being. Being able to feel that love for myself is what I struggle with. During the Matins I felt loved. I felt worthy of being loved. I am going back. Once a month! I will love myself!
