it is a harsh and unforgiving environment that we exist in on multiple levels,
Somehow I'm feeling pretty relaxed about everything lately but I hear a lot of people complaining about things whom that I think cannabis l.Sativa in some way may help.
Especially when it's people asking for cannabis and I have to direct them to the clinic.

I topped up on the SJ PM and HS LG too,
strimmed some weeds and now have all sorts of maybe toxic bits of flora all over my eyes face so I better use some white choco soap to wash that off

Quick H & S note! Always wear goggles or a visor when strimming, flying stones are very nasty in the eye. Dog shit even worse .... don't ask how I know 8)
 
On Monday have a call with my manager to discuss the idea of going part time by reducing my hours / days by 40% and not sure it's likely to be welcomed to be honest, so the wait for it is not helping my already poor health. It's also very scary to consider such a significant pay cut if it is even a goer from their side. It also means giving up on certain aspirations in life due to reduced means, and many other things really.
Easier said than done sometimes but just go in and tell them how things are going to be from now on

I'm still around, not doing well at all at all so have little energy for engagement even here but thought I would drop in a bit.

This morning I've had some homemade CBD oil, homemade OG Kush oil (best strain for THC oil for me, even better than Lucy in oil 🤷‍♂️) and about to have some Phant Ghost Train Haze

On Monday have a call with my manager to discuss the idea of going part time by reducing my hours / days by 40% and not sure it's likely to be welcomed to be honest, so the wait for it is not helping my already poor health. It's also very scary to consider such a significant pay cut if it is even a goer from their side. It also means giving up on certain aspirations in life due to reduced means, and many other things really.

How you are all doing as well as you can be
Sucks to be reading this mate and I hope you're getting by okay.

I know the quote "a job worth doing is a job worth doing well".

But I prefer "a job worth doing is a job worth doing poorly".

What I mean by that is that when you're struggling you don't need additional pressure if doing things right or properly, etc. just do what you can manage and that alone is more than good enough.

Take care of you, everything else is secondary.

The work stuff sounds anxiety inducing to say the least and it sounds like one that will only be solved head-on. Just a shame you have to wait for Monday and let it ruin your weekend.

If you can, make a list of things that scare you about that conversation. The outcomes you're fearful of, tone of the conversation you don't want, etc. Anything that bubbles up that anxiety.

Getting it out will help by itself and if you're able to go 1 step further have a little think about some things you might be able to do to deal with them and prepare yourself.

IE if you think they may refuse the part time, is there a possibility of a new, less pressured job that maybe able to meet your life needs? - you don't need to know what it is, just if it's a possible idea.

I would also say that what you decide now doesn't have to be forever. There may be a time and a place where you feel you're able to return to full time hours and resume the plans and dreams you had. Nothing is permanent.

It's something my therapist helped me do to try and get over intrusive anxiety and work through it in the moments.

I know what I'm about to say is going to be useless advice but please try and distract yourself for the weekend, what happens on Monday will happen on Monday. If you can, try not to let today and tomorrow become Monday for you.

If you need anything, small, big or otherwise please holla mate. ♥️

Over the last couple of weeks I've been mixing my flower 2:1 MC:CBD flower.

It's only been cheap stuff from Hemp Hash, specifically their Easy weed Pops OG Kush for £2.09pg. From what I understand it's bottom tier stuff, it certainly looks it but its only use is supplemental.

Anyway, point being I've noticed a general calmer and slower ease into the day when I've been using it. It's made mornings a lot less chaotic mentally for me.

I've been mixing it with White Hot Guava, a strain I don't love on its own but I really find the effects top tier when mixed with the OG Kush.

If you're looking to have a more relaxing, less head taxing experience or you just want to cut back on tolerance/expense then I'd really recommend looking at some of this stuff as supplemental filler.

I totally feel you. Work life is hitting my health man. Got to drop down to three days max. F knows how. Hope you get it sorted.

They're trying to take my WFH 1 day a week away. Bastads

I shall move to France and actively explore their four-day work week, aiming to improve work-life balance and boost productivity, with some initiatives focusing on a 32-hour week with no loss in pay.

Shite when ye having problems at work man i feel ye pain i had to stop scaffolding through various injurys and its been 3 years now am still on the sick unpaid leave, the isolation is real, i wont go into in n bore use but lank 72 your mentel health is the most important thing, a doctors note for reduced hours might help

Thank fuck for r meds am havin some gas cream cake mixed with the last of me pink kush tonight, been on the cheery cheesecake n emergen c earlier, had aload of oil in a yoghurt earlier which has just kept a nice level of relief most the day

I personally didn't like it, trying its best to be something orangey and comes up short, quite an unpleasant aroma like musky potpurri 😂 not one I do my usual nose dive into the jar for another big whiff! 😂

Didn't really feel anything from it either everythings just meh and subtle, easily last on my rankings of Sitka products and I lobbed 5g in the bin because I needed the jar 😂👎🏼

You know the score though mate one mans rubbish could be the next mans treasure
