I suffer similar to yourself.
I have never had a normal dream in living memory. Every one forces me to sit through one of the recurring themes. Whilst the rate of occurence can be reduced I dont think they will ever leave us.
You and only you probably know what the dreams are hinting at and where they come from. If you are an intrepid adventurer I would recommend (as I normally do) Jung in an attempt to frame these. The sub-concious world is facinating to me and shapes more than people realise.

It may not be popular however the only way to deal with nightmares and to get them to go away is to experience them rather than block them out with narcotics.
Then to try and channel away all the negative gunk they leave me with. Kind of like a grounded electrical circuit channeling the current.
If I dont ground these nightmares or dissapate them, they bounce about inside my mind and soul and cause me great distress.

Ultimately these nightmares come from unprocessed issues. That need processed. You have stored them in deepstorage but the piper always need paid.
I hope that this made some sense to you and if not ignore me. I dont mean to exacerbate a situation.

Morning all I hope your meds all work nicely for you today I am nursing the last nug of ice cream mintz and will be sad to see it go. I think for me it has been one of the more effective and tasty strains I have had on medical, covering both minty Kush and creamy gelato in one flower. Helping all my bodily aches pains and functions in one fell swoop. A rare find. Shane it’s £90! I was looking forward to the cookies Vienna today that popped up briefly on the portal for £60, but that seems to have been taken on a magical mystery tour by the royal mail, and owing to the fact I had set it to collect from the co op and its lashing it down I think I will take it as a sign. The cats are both snuggled up under the covers and I think they have the right idea happy Wednesday medbreddrin

How do you find regular kush mints works for you? Given its a parent and typically cheaper on medical I'm hoping there could be something there for you.

I've dropped Cantourage an email about it, GK say to talk to them about it with UK medical, hopefully they get back to me with some useful information.

It's actually due now as a T30 and could in theory be available at Cantourage and we should have an update pretty soon I'd hope

Would you believe I haven’t tried it mate I really should but I’m not seeing anything that particularly jumps out. Fibreglass styropharms is an obvious pass and then I have all but given up on 4C Labs.. Which I think only leaves silly options like the avaay unless I’m missing anything?

There are a few more around, albeit none other than 4C Labs and Glass Pharms seem to be available at the moment, the Canopy Growth® Kush Mints was always great value.

Cheers mate yeah the canopy was one I regret not buying when it was around. I’ve just had too many misses with 4C Labs to chance another to be honest. Appreciate the shouts though and I’m no ball vape expert but it might help if you turn it on

Not sleeping much but hyper productive. Not dwelling so much on things and medical cannabis has certainly helped me in my balance and cycles.
I have always medicated myself and having the medical backup to do so means I dont have to duck and dive so much. Focus on the important things, the root cause of why I need to medicate not the medication itself.
Probably post on here a bit too much tho.....One nightmare last two weeks which is as good as it gets. More importantly sometimes my nightmares could trigger other things and that hasnt happened. Learning to soothe myself a bit better.
Its kinda like a gremlin in the corner. I dont really want to provoke it with tales of progress if you know what i mean

Same here though different strains. I have a great selection for my needs and the prices coming down has been very welcome

On the Jet Fuel Apricot now after work, just updated the strain thread.

For £35 this is a spiffing daytime strain old fruit. I'm sure I get a hint of High Silver flavour on the vape taste too
