Same here, I can't cope with the light, or the heat, used to be perfectly ok with travel to tropics, desert etc, now I can't take a UK spring day! Hiding near a fan here lol

So glad you are feeling the benefits of a shorter week! I went half-time for a month or two as an adjustment before finally getting med retirement, wasn't all that helpful for me and was happy when retirement day rolled around. Enjoy and get healthy!

Brain fart - EDIT I will be partaking of the wonderful and marvelous MAC-1+ again. So I won't give a shit about the heat, it's making my muscles ache, hydrate hydrate!

Mixture of all sorts trying to keep stock levels balanced, absolutely boiling out there, got some sun burn for my stupidity of staying out in sunshine!

Not long finished a Crystal Caviar, might have a Curo Superboof next.

Hope everyone is having a fantastic Bank Holiday weekend! What an absolute cracker it has been so far! ☀️😎

It's actually been as relaxing a weekend as I've had in ages and mainly spending the day outdoors in the garden with my wife and also managed to watch most of the series Gangs of London on Netflix so a welcome change from the normal but I'm getting a little bit bored of relaxing now stupidly😅

Onto the Master Kush again which will do for me until late into the evening and is actually quite nice for relaxing but I don't know if I'd trust it for putting me to sleep yet.

Likewise mate proper chilled one, kids have been out playing all day since Saturday so it's been absolute silence in the house and garden whilst me and my partner have been on the loungers ☀️

The Master Kush was like that for me mate, nice relaxed one but not quite got the oooomph or terpene mix to send me off fully.

I considered it, but then worked on the worst case scenario where the filter is rusted to the spline. Even though it was mangled it wasn't leaking, but If I puncture it and can't get it off, i'm up the proverbial creek.

As to today, i'm having a day off. Well technically the day is over, so I could partake if I wanted, but might leave it until morning. These days are sapping my strength, so maybe some ok sleep might help.
 
Been A&E hozzy again. Hernia this time! Codeine I got.

I asked the Doc, do I have to take in a toilet, lock myself in a cubical and prep a cheeky Victorian pinch just before the bouncers come looming in looking over the bog door and catch me snifferling?

Morning :) the weekend's cycle adventures are todays aches and pains, and Jet Fuel Apricot appears to have been the answer AND my washing's hung out & the kitchen cleaned.

Too soon to be excited waiting for the postie with my driving licence, (if I'm getting it back) but I'll have the phone on silent in my pocket at work just waiting for the Ring doorbell to ring in my pocket 😂
