Lack of sleep does serious things to the body, worst of all is with no or limited Deep Sleep. That results in a reduction or complete loss over time of the processes that remove waste from each cell in the body via various systems. The brain uses the Glymphatic system to clear out used chems, broken bits, toxins- like taking out the rubbish. Lymphatic and blood system does the work for the other organs, etc.
If it doesn't do that as usually happens with my bad sleeps the resulting fuzzy, headachy, liverish feeling, never fully awake feeling seems to drown me. The bodies energy making systems in each cell also reduce function resulting in less energy providing ATP and Glucose, plus a host of other issues.
Recent research show that cannabanoids can help to stabilise and assist reduction in the inflamation that results from that rubbish lying around. It also directly dampens down my anarchic immune system that is thrown into chaos by lack of sleep and energy. It sometimes helps me sleep too!
I'm finding, at the moment, that a strong cultivar with >27%
THC and plenty of
terpenes helps my body wake up each morning, dispelling that fog and getting my mind and muscles moving.
