It's a pain isn't it. I still wake up at about 5-6am no matter what, but strains like pink kush really help with getting to sleep, staying asleep, and getting back to sleep if waking for the loo in the night

Nothing is 100% but these days I've got my treatment arranged so that I can depend on a solid chunk of sleep a night at least

Ditto, I empathise, severe lack of sleep is a rock rolling down a hillside if you don't stop it quick all kinds of body systems break down feeding the chaos. I need a strict routine to sleep.Lighting, food, activity, phone calls, screens etc all limited after 16-1700.

Clocks changing throws my bio clock out, takes months to get it stable-ish. I hit Perm Marker lately and Melatonin ( imported as the NHS won't prescribe it too me) to sleep and the same or SDO cart if wake in the night at 0100-0200 but 75% of the time that's it no more sleep no matter what I do, random dumps of cortisol and adrenalin wake me. Brain stem and my autonomous nervous system are functioning very badly. I found I have to remain calm and not get pissed off at being awake for hours each night. I read a library each month!

I blog, but not vlog atm

You read, I write. Basically.:ninja:
I used to write, edit and proof before I retired hence I tend to warble to much on forums as I miss the creative flow. 8)

I don't blog or vlog, worked many decades in TV and had more than enough of 24 hour editing sessions to even think of doing that!

Enjoy the flow.

Sorry for any doubt caused. Very unintentionally on my behalf, and no disrespect intended. Although, Old Bloke I'm no 'Spring Chicken', more of a 'Rooster' if anything. And, I hope the chicken karma comes hot!

None taken, thanks for the laughs! Chicken Karma :ROFLMAO: I'll ask for that at the takeaway, not my usual as lactose intolerant. I'll say it's a dairy free recipe.
