I am having a couple of issues that I could use some help troubleshooting.

Firstly, how do I clean the sticky residue off of the Storz & Bickel cooling units and mostly bands? I have been using isopropal alcohol for the units. It says to use warm soapy water for the bands, but they are ever so incredibly sticky.

Secondly, the app for the Crafty+ isn't working. For the life of me I can not get the Crafty connected. This is a brand new issue. I only just turned my Crafty on for the first time after having a mini paddy last night when the battery died on me just when I needed it most. I literally was tearing my bed room apart trying to find a pack of skins. I almost came on here to ask how do I make an emergency bong, which I am sure would have gotten me banned.

I have tried restarting my Android phone. I tried using dogpile as a browser. It wont connect. Yes Bluetooth is on. Yes, I turned it off and on 25 times. Help

Thank you to @Dooby Doo for having my back and helping me have back ups for the Crafty+ which is NOT a fit for me.

There was some issues people trying to connect to their Storz & Bickle a while back. Is it Android or Apple you use. I'll see if I can find anything of use, I've not had the portable for 12mths month now

It has to be about the numbers at this stage, it's the inescapable tragedy of the private company supply model and the heavy official regulatory procedures set out in 2018 ...or was it 1818? The Germans have grasped the problem a little better, they have their own issues but nonetheless.

All UK Gov want to do is tinker around the edges to show a vague interest. But I am grateful that we have the chance to say, nah don't want that product 8)
 
I go :-
2ltrs 99% isopropyl alchohol
3ltrs kilner type jar
take all the bits apart
chuck all in jar overnight
with a funnel get as much iso-alch back into original bottles the next day
get all the bits still in the kilner jar rinsed well
shake as much water off as necessary
dry in oven on low

Someone who has the Crafty+ will be able to help out more as i don't have my device now, if you've opened up some sort of dispute with them, this might be an issue but not 100% 👍

Thank you. The device is working. I just dont know at what temp. I paid for the Sourdough after 3:15pm today. I think I probably missed today's post. I am still waiting for the Zeus to arrive.

Yes. I literally registered it about 4 days ago as it has a fault. The app was working at around 1am this morning when I last used it. It worked before and after registering.

Yes I would like things to be much better sorted out by all the UK Gov depts. involved.

I'm still waiting for my Yocan to arrive, possible tomorrow but more likely Saturday/Sunday
