I am feeling good today. Last night I made a comment somewhere on here where I talked about my passion and desire to help people like me with mental issues to get on MC. I want to start doing lives to help navigate and troubleshooting getting with a clinic. Not all clinics are thr same and there are so many pitfalls for patients with mental health issues.
My issue is that I am always running before I am walking, flying by the seat of my pants. I think I might have to become friend with Chat Gpt to help find out what information I am allowed to share.

Do you know what mate, there's nothing wrong with it as in effects. It only needed a boveda for a day or so to get it back, I'm really enjoying the effects. I'm on my last bud from the first pot but have another 2 pots and I've had the bovedas in the pots soon as I got them, so they will definitely be good now to jump on them. To be fair mate a lot of them need a boveda for a day or so and are a lot dearer then this one cost and I sort of expect them to need one now.Do you know what mate, there's nothing wrong with it as in effects. Yesterday finished the couple of grams I kept of the original Yoda Cap for the Christmas Budboard, still more to go.
I like the GK Mod Gas & Supreme Diesel for daytime pain relief and relaxation with some good music. Likely some of the original Donkey Butter for early evening, when the pains and chronic fatigue ramp up.
Finale recently is still Permanent Marker that is usually successful in getting me to sleep at a ridiculously early 1930... but needs a top up at around 0030 - 0230 when something wakes me up 75% of nights and I struggle with an adrenaline dump that needs putting down, often another half a 3.5mg Melatonin taken too. Only a full Tempest 2 & YLL V3 hits hard enough at that time to send me off again without getting up to use the WOHW. Good result if I get 5 hours in total! The combo of all that reduces deep and rem sleep a bit but does mean some sleep is enjoyed.

Happy Boxing Day! With your night time routine have your tried adding a little oil to it? My brain can't remember the science words but having a bit of oil calms the nervous system. Yoda indeed! Our white cloud fur monster passed a couple of years ago, miss her! Yoda Cap is a very popular MC product, it's changed a bit and I no longer like the phenome. Strong!
Oil, I used to use dark sticky RSO (BM) to sleep, but it wiped out deep sleep so weaned off it. Other oils don't touch me much with an over 50 year tolerance.
Been using CBD since adam was a lad
Gold Oil or paste concentrate from CBD Brothers in the Channel Islands, been using them for decades now, cold Co2 full spectrum extraction and they grow much of their own bulk hemp.

I'd advise getting a WOHW ( Wireless One Hit Wonder) rather than that as you get everything you need for not a lot more. usually IS at Recommended Vapes

I'd agree but my mates on a budget, he did want the Ruby but it's now OOS and it's not coming back to RVS. A new one is coming out in Jan.I'd advise getting a WOHW ( Wireless One Hit Wonder) rtaher than that as you get everything you need for not a lot more. usually IS at Recommended Vapes
