I just requested Seed Junky Perm Marker, near finished first pack of the very effective CannFX version, second is last left. As it seems to be Awaiting ETA and may/may not return I'm going to try this, has a couple of good reviews on Reddit, for whatever that's worth!

The only flower to put me to sleep at present, have to top up at 0230 though, worth it despite loss of some deep sleep, REM seems ok. So it's a must have 🙏

I'd imagine the CannFX PM was tops shelf?
 
Hit up the gastro pop in a zoobie and can say the effects are top notch but the bud is muted man. So much flower I hear people get super enthusiastic about doesn't translate well for me when it arrives. Time to stick brands and previous flowers that have provided flavours similar to the standard of BM. Gonna stick it out and hopefully the hash comes around. Today however, is an old school trip to the bm doctors for some high grade Bernie butter

Not good at all pal, the inconsistencies from pack to pack is still very concerning, happend to myself numerous times in 2025 either with products I've bought purely based on my own choice, and then others that have come recommended.. at £85 for 10G and being under the "Craft Select" banner every single gram should be tasty to the very last one! 😐
 
Just rolled up some ammo and looked out the window and it's snowing🌨️
My wife has been on oil for the last 24 hours now and only had one bit of flower but is gradually getting a bit better but is just frustrated with it now after days of it but her meds literally make it hard to shrug things off like others can but thankfully the oil is letting her sleep now🙏

There is not enough information available, other than marketing spin, that informs us as to the exact growing methods, locations, clone source nor the skills of the head Grower and team for most UK MC. Add in the transport, compliance testing and Customs logistics and overall timeframes being mostly invisible to us.. I for one cannot hazard more than a guess as to the lack of uniformity.

It is a plant, sure, but as those of us who have grown using clones know it's possible to keep the same bud the same, all other variables being unchanged during each grow.

So is it a matter of the huge scale and transient semi-unskilled work forces resulting in variance through inconsistant care? Nobody senior in the growing team actually uses it or ever has?? I also wonder how many MC patients with experience work for clinics and pharmacies?

In my experience of MC the worst cases have been where the phenome changes so radicaly and suddenly I suspected mother changes, suddenly the product's effects change markedly and become useless. In the bin, in 2.5 years of MC I, as have many, wasted hundreds of quids due to this alone.

Add in the product being bought unseen, with a "pot luck" experience being the result of antiquated and cranky UK regulations we have a serious misfit, the industry cannot reliably supply that which we pay for.

it use to bother me more but at the end of the day I'm getting convenience and am relieving painful symptoms. The terpene thing for me is getting that full effect; like when you eat something tasty, and feel almost a bit aroused. Dunno if it's just me but I really like to taste my flower. May take a break if this Bernie hanna butter turns out to be fresh and provides a full rounded effect. If so, gonna take a break until I see the strains on medical return that actually smell like bud. At least reduce the prices of the bud if it's not fresh, please make it make sense lmao.

Exactly this. They don't even consume flower so how can they maximise QC without the expertise of lived experience.
 
Upstaste Ghost Train haze, hay hay hay hay

Effects are there, hazey for sure, though I do wish I had gotten the Curo version I originally ordered at £5/g instead of this at £6.90/g

I must have had a dream or something as I found out on Friday night that it smokes better than it vapes, in case that mysterious insight is useful to anyone...
