Rainbow Sherb, night and day difference when a product has detectable terpenes right from the off, spent 3 days blasting through that Grey Goose and feeling quite on edge and certainly restless.
Just lit a 0.3 of the Rainbow Sherb and I can feel my body just melt into a physically relaxed state straight away, eyelids feeling a little heavy

I've just recently started on the OGKB but after wiping me out on the settee after 16hrs in bed I had to hit the MAC1 Powder Doughnuts to bring me around . This Flu or Virus is lethal, its not hit my chest yet
So it's got you too. You have my sympathy. The muscle aches and rigor level shivering (temperature of 39C and shivering uncontrollably) was what i hated the most. Even now around 10 days later i'm still only just getting past it. The chest infection came later for me, after about a week. I have the tail end of it now, but i'm largely ignoring it and trying to work through it with a little cardio. But I do admit to hitting the new edibles I made before I hit the gym today, just to make it a little easier. Worst case it's still with me next week and I go to the docs and they sort it out for me. Depends if it goes bacterial over the weekend, hopefully it disappears.
I did have the jab as well, but it was ineffective this year. They reckon it was worth about 30-40% lessening of symptoms. First time i've had flu in maybe 10 years.
I got about five hours in the end. But not like good sleep, more like tossing and turning for five hours with intermittent waking up and turning over and sleeping some more. It looks like this flu has brought some mild insomnia with it. Tonight I will dose a little more than normal and see if I can force some sleep. I also did 75 mins on the crosstrainer at the gym, so that will probably help.
One day we will hopefully get the right to grow our own and you will get to grow the dankest smelling herb possible, should you want. But I think we are a few years away from it right right now. But prohibition will fall one day.

Yeah its not nice at all, my temp has been ok today after shivering my ass off last night .
No appetite today at all but I'll get through it and back to getting some goodness in me again, talk about goodness, I'm going to hit the Solo through the TTB as I was that wacked last night I couldn't attempt what I wanted to do

@Muiredach - the discussion link you added to the main site product pages has genuinely changed the game for me.
Such a simple move but the fact I can quickly see a thread with videos and opinions from trusted regulars around here has made it so much easier to make a decision.
I know there's bigger changes on the horizon but sometimes it's the little things that make the biggest of impacts.

Dare I say it's better than nothing? - sometimes those kinda sleeps are more frustrating than anything really aren't they.
I'm sorry you didn't get some solid hours in mate.
Fingers crossed for tonight.
I pray for GYO. Whenever I leave my current role and I no longer need to travel and get visas I shall be GYO regardless. GYO may come in first though to be honest!

Afraid the appetite issue lasts for a while. Even now I still don't feel hungry most days and the occasional munchies I got are non-existent right now. I was also de-sat'ing at one point with blood oxygen levels dropping to about 93%, but it was the same night I had rigors, but my lungs were clear. Unless you have a pulse oximeter you won't know, but if you feel out of breath you probably are a little. I had no intention of spending any time in hospital, so ignored it.
You know I have been soldering a pcb for two weeks now, just four wires, so not even like a full session. I still haven't done it. This flu is part of the issue (and winter is the rest). Maybe it's time for High Silver or Delahaze tomorrow, but more likely the High Silver because im hoarding what I have left of the Dela since it's no longer available.
Enjoy your water pipe session. It's been a while since i've done similar, but I did look into how much to get one. i know of a shop near me that i think still sells them, so might have to pay it a visit.

It's all fine. Some of it is a side effect of night time shift work, done many years back. Never could sleep well at night after doing that for a few years. Also probably didn't help that I made no effort to exist in the day time while I was on shift (I would go out and ride my bike at night, go shopping at 3am and just live the dark hours and sleep when the sun came up). Nowadays sleep is hit and miss. But any sleep is better than no sleep. Tonight I will probably get a full 6-8 hours.
I have given up trying to keep up with you guys. I struggle with one or two strains and you guys are testing 6+ a month. I have no chance of doing that.

Yeah if feel ya, my best mate is the same with his night work. It does something to your brain on the long term!
Hopefully tonight is a solid one. I'll be checking in tomorrow lol.
I vape what is quite frankly a shameful amount of weed ATM. I'm easily hitting 100g but it's my own fault because I smash the Screwball all day my tolerance is now through the roof.
When I first joined medical I had change from 30g every month.
I’m relaxing with GSR Pave 34. Surprisingly nice and has relaxed me with a sofa melt ( not couch lock) It’s been in a jar 5 weeks with a 62% boveda . It’s so sticky and spongy. Trying to load micro-dose bowl with it all clanging together. I hit the ruby in sets of 3. Had 9 bowls over 4 hours.
I'm on the GSR OG Kush Breath,
I tried the Hack at 220°c through the solo and TTB it was silky smooth and hit my flu kidney and Joint Pain straight away its nice this OGKB

What the Saying Means:
"Feed a Cold": Suggests eating when you have a cold (nasal congestion, cough) to give the body energy to fight the virus.
"Starve a Fever": Historically, this meant that restricting food would "cool" the body and starve the disease, but this is outdated advice.
What Science Actually Says:
Hydration is Key: Whether it is a cold or a fever, staying hydrated with water, broth, or electrolyte drinks is essential.
Eat When Hungry: You do not need to force yourself to eat if you have no appetite, but you should not intentionally starve yourself.
Nutrient-Dense Food: Choose light, easy-to-digest, nutrient-dense foods (e.g., chicken soup).
Fever Needs Energy: A fever actually increases your metabolism, meaning your body burns more calories, making it important to replenish that energy, not restrict it.

On day three (early in the morning) of my session with flu I threw a half kilo gammon shank and Aldi casserole pack in the slow cooker along with garlic, lentils, a load of cayenne and added enough boiling water to cover it. Switched it on Auto and went to bed. Woke up later and ate some of it 8 hours later. That was my dinner for three nights and it was very good. It's easy and if you aren't into meat, don't add it, just throw a second casserole pack in and go heavy on the pulses. Stock cubes are optional. i didn't bother this time. It makes good flu food. if you were feeling naughty and you had some to hand, you might even throw a teaspoon of previously prepared coconut oil made with our favourite herbs into the mix.
I feel such a lightweight in comparison. I struggle to use maybe 4-5g a month, whether vaping or doing some other method. I suppose I don't use it for pain and anxiety is not 100% of the time, so my usage boils down to a little in the day for concentration and a little for sleep/relaxation. Well mostly.
The thought of using 100g is like me being in some other dimension on an almost permanent holiday from reality. I don't know if I would be mentally strong enough to do that much right now, even if I had a reason. I helped a friend out with an oil protocol some years back and he was using that sort of amount and it really wrecked him at like the (train) level of some of the reports on Erowid. Your tolerance must be crazy high. But who am I to knock it.
yoo hoo super stoned digi community
hey hey what's that pong?
I just haf'd to load glaz dyna wif P.Marker

It's fine (last posts and all), it was inevitable and will be a very one sided affair as usual. Doubt it will make it to WW3 though, just another skirmish. :|
The post on X reckons Israel not the US. I'm less worried. Not to be an ass, but shit happens and countries have wars. Been like this since the start of the human race and I don't see it changing any time soon.
