I have cut off my IP jumps.
Each hop and the delay indicates where lag is coming from for a simple request to google (you can change the website you try ping)

An engineer will just do this with fancy tools to ping the exchange to try figure out where the fault is. Anyway I am much better than Plusnet diagnostic bot trust me!

It's been dropping out like mad since I riled the Plusnet bot, now it says I need to speak to an advisor, so that's that fucked

So what you posted shows its not your problem Everything is quick
You use a LAN not wireless (1st hop shows that) and then the next hop to the street is clean (that could be potential wiring/equipment in your house)
All the jumps look good. Of course lag can be on and off but all you can affect is that which is in your control!!!

The line dropping out will be visible to them on a system they have, used to be called Radius, and means an engineer to the exchange usually. All of these things are good as any monkey should be able to see what you are talking about remotely so tell them to check for the line dropping if they offer resistance.
I worked for complaints for a subsidiary of Openreach for a small period of my life and learned too much about how phone lines dont work.....

I've remembered, i've had some time with the GSR OG Kush Breath now, I keep coming back to what strain it reminds me of and it is the Lumir® L.A. Kush Cake that I had about 2yrs ago.

Cheers for that, as expected. Yes it always happens the same way. "We can see the dropouts, what router do you use, is it your router, usually the problem is in the house........."

Then they say they will send an engineer but send someone who just knows how to restart a router, and they'll finally agree that it's not on my end and call an engineer, and they will either say they can't find a fault or that they will just do 'something' and see if it helps

I've been through it so many times now. Loads of visits, every part of the line replaced / swapped, the bottom line (lol) is that we need the ancient infrastructure upgraded.

Not looking forward to work tomorrow, there will be some category of shitstorm awaiting me. Mango Rosin cartridge I think for this morning and pray the whole internet goes down so it goes away

I'm going a bit of Pomegranate Shake through the ruby after enjoying some Gelonade the same way yesterday🫠

It usually ends up as the male responsibility to fix these things and when things dont work you take it personal.
Very frustrating and you have jumped through all the hoops.
Im out of suggestions bar using Elon Musk (dont do that). I could pack you a couple of spare bags of internet and send them to you if you like?
