Delayed start for me this morning due to my new job roles of assistant housekeeper and head cook.. tasks list completed so I’m now I’m going to finish off last nights remaining 0.15g of gastro pop.. this is either going to send me back to sleep or help me coast through to lunchtime.

Routine tests, scans x-rays, you know the story at a certain age when they want to poke prod and visualise everything you've got. Or used to have!

The Mac-1+ was on target this morning, cerebral but not racy, killed pain and swept away fuzzy brain quickly. Trouble is I always turn the stereo up to 11 after it, no idea why.

I was doing so good today on the Blue Dream and it really was doing the trick and I switched up to Jack Kush - big mistake and it's wearing off now but definitely one for the evening for me on reflection
Anyway now that's out the way we've got a nice long weekend to relax ,pump some tunes and hopefully catch some rays

Jack Kush is the same for me, it has moments where it seems like it has a little spice for daytime but I do find it mostly on the kushy side. Which is fine and well if you are expecting that...

I am starting to slow down enough to start dosing more sensibly than I have been. Now I’m consuming it like an extended 5 course meal rather than a KFC meal .. I’ve had my 2nd course today of some Four20 FRS. Enjoying the sun from inside with a blast of central heating to create the illusion of summer. Will need to wrap up in a coat & hat to take the dog for his walk .

Im finishing off last nights’ morning sun . It looks like it’s a winters day this morning, hopefully it will be spring again by this afternoon.

I’ve somehow managed to book a clinic review appointment a few weeks ago for this bank holiday Monday, just had a reminder. I did wonder at the time but assumed that I had my dates mixed up because the clinic wouldn’t offer an appointment on a bank holiday would they? Anyway, it’s with Dr Hazlett who I like.. he’s doing a lot of work in the background around clinical education which will hopefully benefit MC patients in the long term. MC Prescribing drs don’t get enough love so I wanted to say something positive

Was in a meeting pm yesterday, so missed some vapes, had a late binge to get enough in my system to drop off, it worked.

Mrs OB is off out shoe shopping, consequently I will remain here trying to sell a kidney to the highest bidder, or I could attack the Macs and Paves.

I think I'll get a pack of hobnobs, tea and have a bit of 4C Labs Pink Kush T33 that is left from January, very good aroma now

I felt like x10 too straight and in wierd pain when I woke so I zoomed up a 1.6g mix of MAC and Khalifa Mints in the stainless electric chopper to finish off those two. I held a silicone mat over the top instead of the lid and got a good scraping of high grade material off it.
