Slept last night, broken but sleep! The London Marker is nicely sedative but not eyelid dropping so still needed the PM.

Im back to starting my days with some full spectrum CBD oil, the body relaxation effects and pain relief are more noticeable and enough to allow me to do some gentle exercises and get my body moving. I’m trying waffle bites as a daytime strain at the moment as I found the Hawaiian Fanta too strong and long lasting for daytime use. A small amount was enough to space me out for hours, it works better in the evening & also gives powerful pain relief.
Curo Superboof for me, lovely subtle orange/citrus terpenes from the Tropicana Cookies, just hope the Black Cherry Punch in it doesn't come creeping in too soon

I've started on the Unicorn Cake this morning and I'll probably be jumping on the Gelato very soon, workers are here to sort the back drain out, back drain needs rebuilding as we have had water over so many years compromise the damp course to the house. My partner has just come back from docs, bad rash, doc thinks she has Adult foot and mouth

Just done the sealant on the toilet base, all ready to go now. Was a huge effort to do it but it's a major job off my anxiety pile now at least.
Going to try and yoga and relax for the rest of the day, will have to think of a suitable strain from the armoury to move onto to stop me getting sucked into doing more stuff instead of resting...
