Congo Creek and Seatown are actually very similar, with the Congo creek having the slightly more 'hazy' funk to its smell and the seatown having a bit more citrus smell, still very hazy though.Sod it. Ive just bit the bullet and ordered this, should be there by time I get home from work tomorrowreally hope its worth the money.
Funk petal one the few i had on repeat but not available at Integro yet so I've took a punt on this congo and if nothing else be able to offer a comparisonJust read your comment on the Funk Petals, totally agree it's a proper haze blast, made me feel shit hot!![]()
Haha sounds like you had a similar "premium" experience I did - I fought with the jar for a good 2 minutes before figuring it out.The premium jar experience is completely rui ed for me by how hard the seal is to get off and the glue residue that it leaves on the rim of the jar. Smells great.
Is there a method that doesnt leave glue residue?Haha sounds like you had a similar "premium" experience I did - I fought with the jar for a good 2 minutes before figuring it out.
The seal catches on the lid's child-safety mechanism making it a right hassle the first time

You must've been really quite ill, poor you? You've neglected your wonderful kaleidoscopical handnails! Hopefully, you're feeling back on track? I miss your (semi in focus) reviews (classiest on the scene bar none).Apologies for the delay with this, been ridiculously ill these last few days! In all honesty it is the strongest haze smell/taste ive had come through an MC batch. I think I have to agree with the general consensus, its really tasty and stronger than the rest effects wise (still would say a daytime-y one though). I do think the extra tenner is worth it to some degree for the effects side of things but still cannot fault the Seatown Lemon, there isn't a huge difference imo besides the citrus is a lot more in the Lemon (duh....)! So its really personal preference, I would 100% recommend this to any haze lover though. Also its soooooo sticky its made a mess of my metal grinder to the point I had to put some different drier buds in for a cocktail just to unstick it!
This is a beauty, I cannot lie

Definitely intrigued by this funk petal though, never heard of this onehopefully it comes on IPS soon!
Considering the general state of MC it feels cheeky even suggesting this but I'm not sure if this is lovely sticky flower or it's actually too wet its ruined both my grinder and backup grinder and to fill a paper takes a good bit extra on top of my normal dose.
Agreed, fresh, sticky flower is nothing to complain aboutI would say it is just on the right side of the border between well cured and too wet.
It fluffs up beautifully in the flower mill and instead of dropping kief it leaves a nice sticky resin on the plates which I am making a (micro) temple ball from. Cannot say I need more than usual in the vape, in fact kind of the opposite - this one hits hard.
Jus leaves a bit of residue on the plate which is to be expectedAgreed, fresh, sticky flower is nothing to complain about

Grinds up so nicely in the flower mill with extra fine plate
The flavour reminds me of dutch mail order from i think about 20yrs ago and i do like the potency and effectsSo, in my case, what you describe matches the Seatown Lemon Haze I have, I ground it once then realized that wasn't going to work. Better with my fingers. It's so delicate and sticky, it just falls apart in your fingers, leaves your fingertips a sticky mess but the smell is unreal, I don't mind it lingering for a while. But I do also notice the jar going down quicker than it normally would, I'm clearly using more.
The Congo Creek Haze I have matches Mumu's description, it is sticky, and it can gunk up my grinder, but mostly its fine. My grinder is the notorious Herb Masher (Ripper) and easily clogs.
I'm confident they were both grown in the same facility by the same grower, the flower and condition of the cure are so similar. I'd imagine shipping conditions are similar too.
Maybe the buds on the inside of the vacuumed packed storage bags I imagine our buds are shipped in, are all juicy and wet, and the buds on the outside dry out from contact with plastic.
Feck knows, I will say I have been enjoying both. Nostalgia in an overpriced jar. Not had smells like that since the 2000s
Smell, taste and effects are all great and loving all that but it taking more to fill a raw at a high price just annoys meSo, in my case, what you describe matches the Seatown Lemon Haze I have, I ground it once then realized that wasn't going to work.
