Nailed it, they are MRRP's that the manufacturers provide, CB1 Medical head honcho almost seemed proud to state that she could charge what she liked up to and beyond MRRP is so desired, when I challenged their prices.

After months of pharmacy switching and when everyone made noise to CB1 Medical, they finally admitted that they buy and hold a stock of flower and they don't get a discount on any held stock.

They could maybe learn about a japanese inventory management system, JIT/TPS, which was perfected around 50 years ago? Then we wouldn't be stuck with full retail for flower that has sat in some inadequate facility for months on end.....
