Hellooo from Sunny Sunderland,
I feel like i am at the start of the end of my medical cannabis journey after buying around £1000 of product in the last 6 months trying many different strains then going back to BM, thing is everytime i try MC again i withdraw from the BM cannabis and cant sleep no matter how much MC i smoke, yeah i feel tired but cant sleep and i am on the precipice of buying BM again

Ive smoked BM for well over 30 years now and nearly stopped all together until pain happened, i cant be the only one having this same experience

I definitely feel that a strain that will knock me out one week , does nothing the next and can be proper frustrating when your relying on it for sleep.
In all fairness this isn't exclusive to medical because the same would happen with black market, you sound like your experienced around the herb ,but have you tried oils just to boost your underlying THC levels in the evening ,hopefully making your flower feel more effective.
Luckily I don't suffer from pain myself but do recognise the fluctuation in effects from strains an my wellbeing is all sleep related.
So things like oil and a vape pen are just to mix it up a little ,extra armoury when needed to sleep for me .

Seems we got much more options around the £5-£6.50/g mark now.

Afternoon @Hoodedclawz and you'll be pleased to hear things are definitely moving in the right direction I feel as some cheaper priced meds are doing the trick and have a certain quality about them and just in general the selection and value has increased since last year a great deal.

Think It's minimum 5g with your clinic but some good stuff about but as ever the sleepy stuff tends to be £8-9/g but there is some reliable stuff there patients are finding .

We have found a couple recently at £5-£6/g that have been ok and really acceptable compared to what we were getting last year for the same price so all hope is not lost and the 4C Labs products have not been to bad and the Curo Black Cherry Punch at £5.50/g is worth a look .
