I rang yesterday and they wouldn't reserve them so mine's in the lap of the gods

Problems with the Newgrove app now... It won't accept my address as it's apparently saved and is already registered to me, but the address section of the app is empty and is asking me to put my address in. Been going round in circles for 20 minutes trying to sort it out. Nightmare

This address already exists for this patient. Please use a different address."

It shows this no matter which address I put in.

I've not even got that far and it will be a new pharmacy for me but I'm worried now as I have CB1 Medical on my pc which is the same system .
I'm sure others say to delete the app and start again
