Just spotted this browsing Reddit. Pic is out of focus but looks like more white patches of mould to me, just like mine had

They seem completely unaware too so if anyone can drop a heads up to them over there would be safe as I don’t have an account.

I’ve said it before but I have no idea how this makes it through QC, testing etc. And seeing as it does, perhaps they shouldn’t bother with the testing at all as it’s completely meaningless

Yes mate probably a wise move sadly that’s 2/2 now I’ve seen in the wild that have clear mould on and I’m still waiting on a resolution from Montu. Meanwhile Medicann got me a replacement sorted in under 48 hours when I found mould in the gas cake

Hi mate did Montu ever resolve this for you I have just received my email about prescription (my first) and Doctor has put me down for 20g of this for nighttime I had no say in it I’m now absolutely gutted

Hi mate they did eventually get me a refund and collected it for analysis but that’s the last I heard of it. I would say if you haven’t paid yet you don’t have to buy anything you don’t want to and if you are unhappy with your prescription send them an email explaining your concerns and asking for a something else to be prescribed. In my experience Alternaleaf are fairly reasonable and should be ok to re write with something you can be more confident in

Hi mate thanks for your reply I just on to their portal and for that particular flower it’s saying no new requests so maybe I’ve dodged a bullet as I’ve not been sent the payment email yet so does that mean I can pick something similar it did sound just what I needed as it was ticking all the right boxes for sleep as I have PTSD and suffer with night terrors. No new requests means you can still purchase assuming it stays in stock as you have already technically made the request at your first appointment. Yea I mean it is has been ann effective cultivar for me for sleep and pain in the past, it was prescribed as my first Indica flower too, and the mould I found may have been a one off, only Upstate will know. But regardless if you are not happy with it give them an email and ask for a change mate and they should accommodate without much fuss especially if you explain your concerns.

Pungent 'Cockle-Shell Bay' mouldy fish market with a very distinctively damp underground dankness with a sewagey aroma and bitter underbelly undertone. Nugz are extra hairy and really really thick and tangled! Bit too dry...needs Boveda in a jar!
