Just signed up to the forum. Im having an issue with signing into my main patient account..Am not able to logn in with my credentials ,even so with the temporary password, after I have submitted a forgot password request. I have also sent an email to the MedBud wiki team but have not received a response. I need help please

If you are talking of the patients access portal on medbuds main site. I think it is currently under development still whilst they work though regulations

Apologies, there's a bug with the forgotten password request feature that hasn't been solved yet. I'll look up your email here and find your message properly, then manually reset the account for you

Exactly this, we very much need to solve our overall compliance issue with the MHRA - but it's also going to take more resources and manpower than we have at the moment to get it across the line. A plan has been coming together over the past month, more details soon.

The failed login attempts counter was over the limit, I've reset and have emailed a temporary password manually for you.

Not at all, both account systems are entirely separated as things stand.
