Just such high accolade for one that went under the radar which coincidentally Pave did first time round and had to get a price drop before peeps tried it .
I really liked it no actually loved it but its silly money. People who can afford (I used to when I was working) go ahead. I am concerned about our younger members who could easily get into a lot of debt but thats a huge discussion in itself. Also if they can afford it then hats off to them. Hard to know but they should take real care at these prices.
This company is also an organic producer and they use Koi in their aquaponics set up which makes me very happy. Im currently exploring their set up in technical detail like a proper nerd
As far as the product goes, it’s way over my budget so not on my prescription. Also, based on my extensive google research you can get food grade certified organic from cake and caviar (Canadian organic certified) from £7.25g, which is a higher standard than Wellford (clean green certified ) ?
Certification Standards
Canada Clean Green Certified
Encourages practices that promote environmental health.
May include the use of certain synthetic inputs if they align with sustainability goals.
Canadian Organic Certified
Prohibits synthetic fertilizers, toxic pesticides, and genetically modified organisms (GMOs).
Requires detailed record-keeping and regular inspections to ensure compliance with organic standards.
Conclusion
While both certifications aim to support environmentally friendly practices, Canada Clean Green Certified offers more flexibility regarding inputs, whereas Canadian Organic Certified adheres to stricter organic regulations. Choosing between them depends on the specific agricultural practices and goals of the producer.
