Thought I'd start a new sticky thread for discussing latest items prescribed each month. Comment below.
Yeah I did originally plan on getting the high silver but then these were reduced in price.High Silver is the Sativa Hybrid strain I prefer and at just under £6/g I actually find it value ,sort of , but it's not a soaring high strain more Sativa leaning .
I'm also shopping in the reductions trying to sift out a bit of quality as we have two patients in this household and you can imagine the financial difficulties that brings.
Enjoy your new script.
Its a massive hassle. I would much prefer the NHS grow it and we pay for it at cost. We could pay more if we want extra exotic strains. It would save the NHS then some. Two scripts to compile, and here's me thinking it's a chore, balancing the books against getting the right level of medication, should be fun![]()
Annoyingly, it's unlikely the NHS will ever allow flower as a medication format altogether. While the need for another device to use isn't unique amongst medication, the kind of dosing consistency they typically need simply can't be met in flower form. From conversations with the industry, there's a strong feeling flower will never be available on the NHS even if legalised altogether. Its a massive hassle. Great info thank you. Sad really. Could save the NHS money problems I think, but I also have to live in the real world where it appears to be all about money, sadly.I've still got quite a bit of my last month's medication between the GLO, 4C Labs and Qwest range. I've been consuming a lot less than normal past month or two.
About due for my next repeat, will be ordering the entire FAAFO range but not sure what else yet, other than trying the Indigo Horizon® Doce de Casa. May put the KRFT range on too even though it may land just after Christmas - and we don't know pricing yet.

I worked in mobile telecoms in the early 2000s and was part of the time where it felt like wolf of Wall Street. I know exactly what you mean.Great info thank you. Sad really. How is your feeling about the vibe in the industry in the UK and further, given developments in Denmark? I worked at Nokia in the 90s so it has that vibe just before it became huge... it looks extremely promising to me, esp with the high street presence of treat-it (I have asked them for their holiday times btw).
Generally feel there's a more positive political view on cannabis throughout Europe than there's ever been - though I don't see any immediate change to the status quo around the corner for UK MC just yet.How is your feeling about the vibe in the industry in the UK and further, given developments in Denmark? Metaphorically, you've both named our greatest advisery and the overall motivation for why MedBud runs as a non-profit to document the entire industry indiscriminately.I worked in mobile telecoms in the early 2000s and was part of the time where it felt like wolf of Wall Street. Without starting too big a political discussion, and while agreeing - I still fail to see any viable alternative to capitalism overall. I feel it's fair to state any 'communist' model worldwide has overall always failed, and half the issue is that we view that as the only alternative.Maybe because I am a skilled craftsperson, but I really would love to not be part of the capitalist hellhole we live in.
Kush mints this new one showing on Mamedica® already. Dont know if you can get it at yours yet ,but no idea on quality.I worked in mobile telecoms in the early 2000s and was part of the time where it felt like wolf of Wall Street. I know exactly what you mean.
In my ideal world, we would all be self sufficient, and barter and trade with each other still in every aspect. Maybe because I am a skilled craftsperson, but I really would love to not be part of the capitalist hellhole we live in.
I’ve been back and forth with my script this month. I want to order Kush mints again as I love it but so much on Montu says no new requests at the moment
Yes even tho @Muiredach prob right about alternatives doesn't mean we shouldn't aim or try I guess where we can to reduce the toxic stuff - mainly money from what I can tell.I worked in mobile telecoms in the early 2000s and was part of the time where it felt like wolf of Wall Street. I've never experienced money being thrown around like it was cheap parfum! Its 1996 I move from a shared house here to a beautiful apartment next to the queen in copenhagen. All paid by them. I had to buy curtains for this place and this idiot thought he was in the equivalent of m&s no it was like harrods or something. The bill came to thousands. I shit myself thinking I'll have to pay for it. I expained to the finance guy in copenhagen and he said "no problem, nokia made it quicker than we could say it." At that time the phones were being produced at the same rate as tins of beans.I worked in mobile telecoms in the early 2000s and was part of the time where it felt like wolf of Wall Street. 50,000 - yes this is going to explode... and possibly soon I would think. Theres currently a minor revolt going on with the "student age going against alcohol"...so we may see more patients that way, We also have large increases in the muslim population who like to relax and sometimes pray whilst medicated, its less of a deal for them apparently. For sure we will see more patients via recreational but hopefully they learn it can help them throughout their life with various conditions. I see progress.Generally feel there's a more positive political view on cannabis throughout Europe than there's ever been - though I don't see any immediate change to the status quo around the corner for UK MC just yet.
The industry worldwide definitely feels like it's approaching a 'tipping point' whereby western countries accept and adopt by default; at least from the medical side – though there's an awful lot of prejudice and stigma still to overcome at the same time.
For UK MC, despite average higher cost than the streets - I'm still surprised we're only at ~50,000 patients 6 years after legalisation.

I tend to agree with you. I don’t think where we are now IS capitalism. I think we are beyond that and into something so focused on individualism it’s destroying every side, right and left.Without starting too big a political discussion, and while agreeing - I still fail to see any viable alternative to capitalism overall. I've toyed with the idea of this one in the past and it has been around a while so people must like it , may try it in the new year it's I just had it in my head it was going to be tangy, but I'll look at it in a different light now you've spoke about it highly.I recommend frosted lemon angel
