What's On Your Script This Month?

Can I ask something while your here, in the near future I'm thinking of using another pharmacy for certain strains as CB1 Medical don't stock them... How do you go about doing it? Understand the doctor from cb1 has to prescribe the items to be sent to the other pharmacy so is that pretty straight forward or do they try and hinder the process if your asking for it to be sent elsewhere? I really wanted to try the Tyson 2.0 tiger milk but my doctor said "he wont endorse any products made by a rapist".... which I thought was a bit harsh to be honest, so none of his patients are allowed Tyson 2.0 range because hes got a personal vendetta against mike Tyson 2.0 from 20 odd years ago... even though CB1 stock the Tyson 2.0 range... Strange

Take for instance this one you mentioned before and you know they already are willing to prescribe it because it's on their OOS list just request it and that the prescription be sent to where it's available baring in mind the price may be different elsewhere and you may have to pay a postal fee of about £6 that's about it . I've not done this at CB1 Medical myself but others do regularly and might jump in at some point and add anything missed (y)

What do I do if he point blank refuses like he did with the Tyson 2.0 thing?

If I was you I would take that up with the clinic as it is clearly not their policy and maybe needs highlighting to them I'd suggest!!

I did think about this but being a new patient I didn't want to hinder my process by making a complaint against the clinic/doctor, stuck between a rock and a hard place with this one... I didn't even want to tell any of you guys hence why I've never mentioned it until now but honestly isn't sitting well with me I do think about it often. Wonder if anyone else with this specific doctor at CB1 Medical has the same experience...

I 2nd the telling of your clinic or, if you really don't want to get into it, I would at minimum request a different doctor.

I was thinking the exact same thing to be honest, I'm not one to pick the phone up but I might send an email highlighting what was said and request another doctor 💯
I would, I don't think the doctors personal opinions should come in to play when discussing a medication.

He's willing to let his patients suffer for the sake of a weird celebrity beef. Fwiw Tiger Milk has been a literal life changer for me and I don't think it's right that patients miss out on its potential benefits.

Also if we're going to be the morale police then I've got some exciting news for your doctor about half the board members running these companies.

Yeah I just found it very odd him saying that and immediately shunning his products making it clear I wasn't to try them especially when I see them available on their own formulary...

if the video calls are recorded then hes video'd himself saying that
Most likely - you never know, a patient may have reported him in the past for something similar. I can't imagine you're the first to ask for it and from what you've said he seems very comfortable with his response.

I've got my three monthly 30 min consultation today and seeing as my NL needs a rewrite I may just switch to the new Big Narstie strains after seeing promising reviews over the weekend as they look like they are worth a try to me :)
