Never bother with this lot!! 2 years in and still getting mucked about!! They couldn't organise a p**s up in a brewery!!
Prescriptions getting lost or not sent to the right place.
Being prescribed Sativa even though I asked for Indica.
Not looking properly to see if things are in stock causing an extra week or two to get a substitute.
I paid £79 to my prescriber for an appointment. He prescribed me a vape cart that was no good for me. I was then told I had to pay another £79 for another appointment to see a another doctor for me to find something else. ( I didn't because I made a fuss)
I can't remember any time where my prescription has gone through without a hitch.
I always have to call and chase them, even call the pharmacy myself to see if things are in stock.

Just don't bother.

You're the first patient experience I've heard from these guys and I'm sorry it's been such a shit experience for you.

It could be worth seeing how the new extracts play out to see which clinics prescribe them or at least mentioning it when applying anywhere if extracts appeal to you.

That's it mate and we know some clinics are forming their policies on it now and it will become clearer who will and who won't stock extracts and which brands you can get from which clinics so it'll be interesting to see which ones embrace these new formats and the last thing you'd want to do is change clinics to find out extracts aren't prescribed by them.

Cannabis Clinic Cardiff will cover them all extracts and carts alike that I know but others may step up and we'll see as thew extracts hit the formularies

Depends on your view.

I've just switched to them from Medicann and in my first month saved £131 so far compared to buying the same items at Medicann and I still have 30g, a cart and edibles left to order if I wanted to.

Considering Medicann is considered a discount clinic, the open pharmacy access makes it by far the cheapest clinic out there unless you order small amounts <40g.

Although, I like and generally feel a noticable reduction in my anxieties when using their next day delivery for a deepsea diver a fiver @ Medicann UK 10/10

I have been having the 4C Labs Watermelon Splash 510 cart . It's getting a bit sickly now so I asked for the Tiger Blood to try. I was told NO because it hasn't been prescribed before, even though it's the exact same strength, same make just a different flavour. It's a policy apparently!!!!
