Third and final day on a strict salad diet for me
I saved small amounts of the strains that work well for me and mixed them together on Sunday – a small batch to test for myself, as I've been struggling with worsening symptoms lately.
Based on general terpene information, here are the most probable ones in my salad bowl:

I started with a very small amount and have been taking it very gently. It's given me an all‑over body buzz that's helping to soothe my current headaches and migraines – I'm slowly getting back to a more comfortable baseline.
The head high begins with a brief, gentle euphoria, then settles fairly quickly into a deep, calm "stoned" feeling. What's surprised me most is how much longer the effects last than usual and the overall intensity.
A note of caution: I’m a long time consumer, tolerated all cannabinoids to date with no previous adverse reactions. My ability to function normally is noticeably reduced on this mix, and I would become easily impaired with a larger dose. So for me, this is a "stay home and rest" option so it has a time and place. I’ll be back to a normal rotation of 2 or 3 flowers by tomorrow.
