CheersBrilliant stuff quitting the tobacco mateit’s the best thing I ever did regarding cannabis and looking back I can’t believe I smoked it with tobacco all those years. My overall health and wellness skyrocketed in the years following. I used to think lack of exercise was why I was puffing at the top of hills, lungs burning, but it was just the tobacco all along. Horrible stuff. Maybe the old fashioned organic real tobacco was ok but the shit they are selling us full of chemicals and preservatives is pure death in a packet.
I'm not far enough in to look back 
but keeping going, the day was started with some jet fuel apricot on the Da Buddha, blood sugar a little high (could be the nicotine patch, could have been the bbq 
). Work needed extra insulin as did lunch and I got home to my new second hand Wolkenkraft Aris Ultra and look at the time
