If you're a patient using less than 60g these guys would be my first choice. Even ahead of Cannabis Clinic Cardiff as you get the same level of pharmacy access.Free clinic fees for life at the moment also.
Could potentially work for me and my partner, between us 120g monthly is more than enough! If you're a patient using less than 60g these guys would be my first choice. Even ahead of Cannabis Clinic Cardiff as you get the same level of pharmacy access.
I would seriously consider it. They are trying to figure out a way to do increased limits in a way they consider safe as well so there's room to move in that hopefully.Could potentially work for me and my partner, between us 120g monthly is more than enough!
You crack me up matey, always concise and too the point!I just explained Medicann are fucking me off so I'm exploring alternatives.
a good start would be some quality medicine. Instead of trying to palm us off with shit that isnt seling elsewhere. Most of us here are experienced medical users and i wont be begging anyone to take my money nor will i buy anything just for the sake of it. i would genuinely rather go withoutGood choice that imo. Shanelle the practice manager is a star.

They need something to break up the constant shit mood around the place.
yeh, model does not work for me, limited cheap option, with limited stock when there, forcing me to buy Tillray, I just cant afford Medicann pricing and tired of bun fighting for cheap stuff and when you get it its crap, waste, watching the script assist refreshing like a hawk, no man that's no way to live, just luck the Alien Mintz T25 were ok, used to pay 7ag bm, lasted long, 3,5 7days, on medical I am using considerably more for half the effect. so hopefully a can find a more reliable option with more freedom to choose pharmacy, I normally plan my scripts any way, submit then wait the 7 days before paying, so if its a little delayed no problem, just need it reliable, with decent on going product that works, that I can afford, man how hard does it have to be?Good choice that imo. Yeah I feel you mate. To be honest thats been my biggest eye opener with moving clinics. Whilst you're being forced to buy Together Pharmacy and Tilray for £50-£60 a pop, I'm sitting here with Craft Botanics, Kootenay Quantum, etc. Meds that aren't short life and retail in the £80-£90 area but because of discounts and access I get them for £50-£60. The quality of the product is just better.yeh, model does not work for me, limited cheap option, with limited stock when there, forcing me to buy Tillray, I just cant afford medicann pricing and tired of bun fighting for cheap stuff and when you get it its crap, waste, watching the script assist refreshing like a hawk, no man that's no way to live, just luck the Alien Mintz T25 were ok, used to pay 7ag bm, lasted long, 3,5 7days, on medical I am using considerably more for half the effect. so hopefully a can find a more reliable option with more freedom to choose pharmacy, I normally plan my scripts any way, submit then wait the 7 days before paying, so if its a little delayed no problem, just need it reliable, with decent on going product that works, that I can afford, man how hard does it have to be?
cant afford to buy 60g so good there, and use, one this really depends on the quality, 10 - 12 / weekIf you're a patient using less than 60g these guys would be my first choice. Even ahead of Cannabis Clinic Cardiff as you get the same level of pharmacy access.
It sucks doesn't it mate.100% mate. I came to Medicann for the best deals and least stress and I’m not sure I am getting either of those things anymore.
I think they're made for you then to be honest mate.cant afford to buy 60g so good there, and use, one this really depends on the quality, 10 - 12 / week
No I think that is probably what has happened. All the cows have been rounded up and now it’s milking time.It sucks doesn't it mate.
my skeptical take is that they're a free clinic so need a decent profit sharing scheme to make their money back, the higher the cost of meds the more they make and there's no chance you can use another pharmacy so you're just forced into a terrible situation.

It's just sad to see people with genuine medical hardship being taking advantage of even further. No I think that is probably what has happened. All the cows have been rounded up and now it’s milking time.
so Medicann think if they don't have lower priced product available, most will just buy the more expensive options, that is their strategy, which i realised i was falling for, sorry to disappointNo I think that is probably what has happened. Terrifying, isn’t it?It's just sad to see people with genuine medical hardship being taking advantage of even further.
It's like a preview into the American healthcare system.
Seems that way doesn’t it mate and don’t be so hard on yourself it’s awfully sneaky if that is indeed what they are doing.so Medicann think if they don't have lower priced product available, most will just buy the more expensive options, that is their strategy, which i realised i was falling for, sorry to disappoint![]()
Insanely so! You'd think we'd have some better legal framework to deal with shit like this.Terrifying, isn’t it?

And what can we even do in the moment? Switching clinics takes time so you just have to suck it up and buy whatever is available
So why are products not restocked for months, when they are still available elsewhere, margins, 20% of 85, is more than 20% of 40Insanely so! You'd think we'd have some better legal framework to deal with shit like this.

In an effort to play devils advocate and provide a different spin. When I was at Alternaleaf, this time last summer they had awful stock issues which was kinda similar but not exact.
First thing to realise is that a pharmacy is legally not allowed to supply much more medication than it sells. So they can't have shit tons of stock laying around with no patients.
Back to AL, they had a HUGE patient influx that basically broke everything for months. it was a hell of a summer for budget conscious patients. It looked like they were buying in less of the cheaper stock to force the expensive stuff on patients but the reality was they were buying the same amount of cheap stock but because they had more patients it was getting purchased quicker and because they couldn't stock much more than they sold the shelves always looked bare with "no new requests".
There is a chance that the stock levels have never changed but theres just so many more people buying up the meds that it appears as if its always barren. The difference here is mainly that the stock doesn't appear to be getting added as quick as it was to begin with.
I don't work for them so I don't hold the answer for everything but having products disapear for months despite being available elsewhere is semi-common. from what I understand there's a few wholesalers fighting it out and if your clinics wholesaler havent got it but another has, well tough luck unfortunately. It's a stupid system but there seems to have been a middle-man formed to distribute over the years. So why are products not restocked for months, when they are still available elsewhere, margins, 20% of 85, is more than 20% of 40
