MooooNo I think that is probably what has happened. All the cows have been rounded up and now it’s milking time.

Always good to play devils advocate it's one of my favourite pastimes but I think the only way that adds up is if they are only allowed to order X of each product per patient, not just X total products per patient. Otherwise it is just their buying/stocking preferences not aligning with patients.Insanely so! You'd think we'd have some better legal framework to deal with shit like this.
You were an AL patient before right? this should feel like Deja Vu!
In an effort to play devils advocate and provide a different spin. When I was at Alternaleaf, this time last summer they had awful stock issues which was kinda similar but not exact.
First thing to realise is that a pharmacy is legally not allowed to supply much more medication than it sells. So they can't have shit tons of stock laying around with no patients.
Back to AL, they had a HUGE patient influx that basically broke everything for months. it was a hell of a summer for budget conscious patients. It looked like they were buying in less of the cheaper stock to force the expensive stuff on patients but the reality was they were buying the same amount of cheap stock but because they had more patients it was getting purchased quicker and because they couldn't stock much more than they sold the shelves always looked bare with "no new requests".
There is a chance that the stock levels have never changed but theres just so many more people buying up the meds that it appears as if its always barren. The difference here is mainly that the stock doesn't appear to be getting added as quick as it was to begin with.
Oops, sorryOh well all the thin mint jealousy sold out already so say good bye to the bargains folks it was fun while it lasted
Evolving or mutating?
Yes. I think that’s correct. They are probably responding before a bad feeling takes hold and people vote with their feet. At least they have seen this and tried to reassure folk. Most corporate messaging feels empty but I’m pleased someone has tried to calm the cows.I for one feel that grass is often not greener, just a different shade.Evolving or mutating?
I just hate that the way media messaging works in this modern world (or maybe I am too cynical) This is a response to people feeling that they dont matter.
So thats why they put "YOU MATTER" in bold 3 times and repeat the phrase 5 times within this release.
The repetition exposes the objective.
