so i sent this to Chanelle

I would like to clarify that I can use any pharmacy, on any occasion, who have the stock and price, and that Zoto will be able to get any available product listed on MedBud is my understanding correct?

Will update
Perfect mate!

It may well be that they have a defined formulary and will default to their own pharmacy, 1st port of call is to order in and if they can't order in they'll send it elsewhere on occasions.

No, you can only use our pharmacy who will get the medication prescribed for you. We have access to all medications

man confused anyone

So reply

So I can only use your pharmacy, yet have access to all medications, so I can choose on MedBud, for instance any product, and script approved, even if you do not have it on your formulary, is that you will get it from another pharmacy, and dispense? on a regular basis.

Okay, I think I understand.

Their pharmacy will get any medication you need, so instead of you using any pharmacy they'll source it themselves and sell it to you. on the rare occasion they can't source it then they'll send the script to a place that can. That's how I'm interpreting it anyway.

I have emailed the pharmacy to ask if there's any public facing stock lists.

thank you for doing the leg work on this mate. You're doing a massive service to patients in finding out what the reality is

Thanks for the quick response, Can I see the formulary and is it pharmacyspace? So I can only use your pharmacy, yet have access to all medications, so I can choose on MedBud, for instance any product, and script approved, even if you do not have it on your formulary, is that you will get it from another pharmacy, and dispense? on a regular basis.

We generally have access to everything on MedBud.

that all the email said? generally is really vague,, either you do or don't have access to all, replied, noting the short answer, something being hidden? no confirmation of pharmacy, no formulary provided? feel like something is being hidden from view? waiting on response

Yeah unfortunately I’ve been in touch with them and had similar responses, they can generally get anything and don’t worry about it. Not good enough for me. They can get anything sure but at what price? Even if they offer deals, I want freedom. I don’t want to be penned in and milked again like with medicant! I really do not appreciate how this model is taking hold and very much hope regulatory bodies stamp it out soon.

Aside from being a bit short I think you'll always get answers like this. She can't commit because most clinics still need to work out how things like concetrates, suppositries, etc. fit with their patient base. I can imagine if she said "yes we will stock it all" then it opens the door for kicking off if they're unable to source a particular product whether its prescribing or purchasing limitations.

I think you've kinda hit the nail on the head. They'll order it in but you'll be paying their prices, whatever they are but ultimately you're at the mercy of their stockists.

Well it has been over a week and I haven't heard a single thing.

Slow feet, don't eat... Can't see these lot taking any market share of patients, they're just not on the ball enough.
I'm starting to feel the same way as you mate.

The initial chat I had with them made it sound like they were a budget clinic who were open to using any pharmacy but that appears to have been warped slightly. and then to hear they've not been great at replies when they're going to have considerably less patients than elsewhere is not encouraging at all is it.

The more time that goes by the more you're left with Cannabis Clinic Cardiff or a private doctor in order to get full pharmacy access. Weirdly CB1 Medical seem to still be offering it on some capacity an for a fee.

email from me
That's great, thanks for letting me know.

Generally is a vague term, grey, either you do or dont

For me to commit, and for a long term happy arrangement.

- If I am accepted and join the clinic how exactly does it work?
- Would need to see your formulary
- Need assurance that medications will be available on continuous, regular and restocked basis, obviously not discontinued items or items out of stock with supply or distributor. The protection this gives me is that if your formulary does not have stock/product, and is available elsewhere, you would be able to source and supply?

Currently every time I find something that works for me, Rainbow Sherbert/ 4C Labs Mac1,stick cake i can go on,,, I can only buy it once as disappears from formulary never to be seen again, sure It is still available at many pharmacys, just not on my formulary, so I cannot access, very frustrating spending to find products that work, and when they do, you cannot access?

So that's where we are, aslo, responses that are vague, dont instill confidence, lead me to believe that something is being hidden, perhaps like the formulary, or the pharmacy that cannot be confirmed, as either you have access to all on MedBud available products or you dont.

responce
Happy to give you a call to discuss as I'm not sure what more I can explain.
Products out of stock or unavailable is out of our control unless it is our products. We will do everything in our power to get a product that has been prescribed to our patients.
I'm not being vague or trying to hide anything at all but if a product requested is not available other than provide you with an alternative there's not much I can do.

really, that is your answer?

They're a lot shorter via email than they are on the calls! did Chanelle talk your ear off like on the phone? now emails are the complete opposite. its strange.

I would reply to her and say I need clarification on the following:

1) Is there a formulary list I can look at to ensure medications that have worked for me in the past are on your prescribing list
2) If Pharmacy Space are out of stock but it is in stock elsewhere, do you order it in for me? or do I get my script sent there?
3) Similarly, if a patient sees a price cheaper elsewhere for the same medication, can that price be matched with Pharmacy Space or can my script be sent to the cheaper pharmacy?

Like we know they can't guarantee the supply of strains and I think she thinks you're looking for committed answers about strains always being available.

Might even be worth jumping on a call with her if it got you a bit more info the first time around but dare I say confidence appears to be falling.

btw mate, felt a bit bad for recomending these guys to so many of you only for it to turn out a bit shit. So I'm contacting loads of clinics and trying to find out where open pharmacy access still exists, i've made a post for it.

think Chanelle is the on boarding sales person, who, if she does not answers straight in email, then I do not want my time wasted with salesspeak, being an ex salesperson myself nah she can respond on email if she wants me to be a clinic member with some facts

its quite confusing because its the same 3 people that run Zoto but on Auravia she is listed as he clinic manager, according to her bio she's a nurse.

Chanelle,

You do not answer my questions, instead obstrucate, if you read my email, I specifically mention, out of stock or discontinued items.
If you could confirm my assurances that would be great. Calling would not assist.

Hi Barry
I'm sorry you feel that way.
I wish you all the best with finding a suitable clinic.
