Clinics Medicann UK

tell me about it. Luckily for us, i can't see anyone ever wanting to return after pulling the trigger.

I can't lie after a rough first week elsewhere, I now fully understand what I had been missing out on.
Yeah fair point 😅

Good to hear it mate. You’ve been an inspiration honestly since you popped off I have started getting things in motion to hop elsewhere too. I’m just not sure where yet.

One thing I would say is don't rush any of it. I had to remind myself that as annoying as Medicann are I was still a patient somewhere and I could still access meds.

I would try and have as many conversations as possible with any clinic first. Make sure they can meet your needs in the way you need them to be met before you commit to appointments.

There looks to be some very good options popping up outside of the popular clinics so fingers crossed there's some good options for you mate.

Thanks mate appreciate the advice. Auravia are still in my mind. Quoted me great prices, could get everything on my hypothetical request no problem apart from the gelato 33, which they did they would be happy to split my script so I pay another pharmacy direct for the gelato. Seems like a good compromise to be honest, at least there is some type of compromise on offer online with medicant. And she quoted me 59 for gelonade which I don’t know how they are doing and makes me interested in their model but is a great price regardless, even matching the Montu assist price 👀

Sounds like a no brainer to me to be honest with ya mate!

Even just being able to discuss things is great. if that was Medicann they'd just say you've got over 150 options so thats enough.

Out of curiousity, whats making you wait on it? - I've seen a few patients get to a similar point but then not make the jump and given what you've said above I'm struggling to find a fault in it. Maybe delivery isn't NDD but thats small fry.

Why are medicann lying. The limits have 100% changed.

It's their MO mate. The only thing you can guarantee with Medicann is they lie for fun. I have like 8 documented examples of them lying, as soon as you call them out they just stop responding. This is private healthcare we're talking about, not buying something off Ali Express.

Between the lying and secret policy changes I found it impossible to work with them given they don't know what they're doing 1 week to the next. Their rug pull on how they do travel letters was the final straw for me. I would have gone ape shit if I was in the same situation as you chaps are now.

Hahah not wrong! I have found the communications to be refreshingly human and caring. I had to request my medical records for them and it can take up to 30 days. Previously I’ve just used NHS app screenshots or the orb connector thingy. If it hadn’t been for that I would have been long gone by now 🙏😅

That makes sense! - So now you've got the agonising admin wait in the middle of all this kicking off. Christ, great timing from Medicann isn't it!

I'm glad you of all people are jumping ship, I feel like they've messed you around more than anyone to be honest!

How do you order meds with them? is it web portal or do you drop them an email? - thats the one thing I forgot to ask them!

Yeah sorry I’m gonna need more coffee to figure that one out 😅 and cheers mate I managed to get one bag in the bun fight 🙏😂
