How do you order meds with them? is it web portal or do you drop them an email? - thats the one thing I forgot to ask them!
consult after initial, email/call going forward for on-going, till next consult is what I've been told

To be honest I was getting annoyed but with 20g beach crasher on the way and a few nice discounts locked in I’m chilling for the minute, just as the prophecy foretold 😁 appreciate that though I think there was a brief honeymoon period especially where things were wonderful but that quickly subsided and it has been stressful since.

I’m not sure actually. Good question. I kind of assumed there was some type of portal but i haven’t asked many questions so far to be honest. Chanelle has good vibes and the gelonade is £59 a pot that’s pretty much all the convincing I need at this point 😅

I booked a review appointment. I had one, we discussed my treatment. We agreed on a course of action.
AND THEN YOU CHANGED THE LIMITS

I really liked Chanelle, she's going to win patients for them by herself imo. Gelonade at £59 is insane, hopefully they can match Montu Assist as a regular, you'd get some bangers for basement prices!

Unfortunately it seems to be a stance many clinics are uptaking. I think as you're experiencing it's designed to sow doubt.

I would have a think about what the dispensed feeling is (EG shit communication, etc). then I'd try and speak to the clinic and just be honest and say. "Hey, Really keen on joining but I've had terrible clinic experiences and I'm a little anxious of a repeat in circumstances. When I was with a previous clinic X would often happen, I appreciate guarantees aren't really possible, but anything you can do to help alleviate these concerns would be amazing!".

It's a different situation but I did something similar with Cannabis Clinic Cardiff - I needed to be sure about them, I was concerned about paying £250, them accepting me but the allowance being low and I'd lose the £250 and be without a clinic. They did an off the record review of my information to confirm they could meet my needs before I ever booked an appt.

unlike Medicann, I think if you try and express whats going on for you, they'll do their best to get you feeling as confident in them as possible.

I've never been on it but it does seem to be the kind of thing where the formulary/pharmacy are crucial to seeing a good return from it. Mamedica® do it (or used to) and people used to call it shit constantly, then I see some other pharmacies pop-up that are doing it and patients seem to be making some nice savings again.

yeah the grow one literally gave myou a few quid off Grow products. i would require payment to vape them personally
 
I have still lost my limits and have no way to know what the new ones are until I dont order for 28 days
Still could be a glitch. Suspected they shoved everyone on 90g flower limits.
Current standard limits look like:
90g flower
3 oils
5 vapes.
If anyone else can confirm this, would be appreciated.

I've been through this with them, supposedly we were always set limits and it was made clear to us in our initial appointments. They changed their travel letter policy without warning (all meds need to be ordered together) a few weeks back as well and also claimed it was always that way despite my previous travel letters showing otherwise.

I joined off the back off you in August/September. We both know they said no limits.

The entire clinic gas lights the shit out of you, its wild.

Yep they said there no limits as long as its a responsible request. Now there like what are you on about those limits were always in place.
