Just a quick update on my personal situation re the limitations on the app.
I was originally on 90g flower limit, as I only joined recently, the only noticeable change to my experience when the changes came in, was actually the addition of 5x vapes, and 3x oil (and now the hash) that I hadn't had before. I wanted my limit increased, so initially sent them a message, and was told I'd need to make an appointment to have my limit increased. Made an appointment for the following week, and had it by phone.
The meeting was mainly the usual tick box stuff, and how did I get on with the meds etc and why I had asked for the appointment.
I explained I would like an increase to 120g, and didn't mind all the other stuff being removed as I don't require/use them, but was falling short of what I needed in terms of flower each month .
She told me she was unable to make the decision herself and had to speak with the prescribing doctor first. Whole phone call lasted about 7 minutes.
24 hours later no changes (ie no limit decrease or removals from the other items) except for 3x extra packs now available, giving me what I'd asked for.
Gotta give the process 10/10, it might not be as touchy feely as some might like, but it works fine for me!
