Strain or tolerance issue?

Dude in honourable fashion I took my own ,yours and others advice too.
I'm in had my appointment an hour or so ago and it went splendid ,and I've been accepted as a patient so I'm over the moon but a bit knackered after stressing about it all day ,needless really but its the way we're built .
So I'm going to spend some time picking out my first script over the next couple of days and am looking forward to the year ahead now.

Happy new year too. I've also found that different vapes have different vapour signatures not only comparing conduction and convection differences, which can help mitigate that strain lock.

Not sure if this is the area to post this question but if not please let me know!
So I was prescribed my medicinal cannabis and received it mid December and initially it was working amazing in terms of sleep and anxiety but now I’m finding im waking up in the night again and the anxiety is creeping back in. I find I’m also starting to use more cannabis to aid my symptoms. Is this more of a strain issue? I don’t want to be using more cannabis than I really need for cost effectiveness reasons more than anything else. I suppose to summarise is this more of a strain hunting issue or a tolerance issue I’m quiet cannabis naive so just wanting some clarification if anybody else has this issue. Thanks in advance!

Over the years I’ve ended up with a collection of vapes and while they all get the job done I enjoy the variation in profiles and different effects even though they might be subtle. As the Pax and Pax mini are conduction style vaporisers maybe look at a full convection one and see if that makes a difference for you. Nice to mix it up if you can.

Would a full convection be the likes of a volcano? I would love to invest in one at some point!

I ordered T22 Hexacan® Mango Cross , Upstate Kush Cookies , 4C Labs Death Bubba .Greent Karat Runtz OG and Tilray T18 Pink Kush which is short dated but 40% off the price
The T22 Mango Cross is my Sativa Hybrid for the month whilst the Pink Kush should be usable during the day too. Some clinics will not prescribe short dated stock but luckily ours will!
The other three will be for evening/night or if I'm agitated

That’s a good mix of strains! My white widow and Hindu Kush arrived yesterday bit of a delay due to the weather heavy snow where we are roads were inaccessible for a few days! The Hindu Kush had me lights out after one dose so worked a treat I slept for 12 hours straight! Amazing!

How long after the use by date is the flower good for I still have some humble warrior left but it’s sell by date is 12/24 still looks good I have a humidity pack in the container and seems to still be good atm!

That's a result with the Hindu Kush and a good kip makes all the difference in us feeling better all round lets hope it' continues ,I'm proper chuffed for you because you've sort of come a long way in a short time regarding MC and are starting to benefit from your meds and gaining understanding as you go along .

I'd say it'll be good as it's probably improved under your care I imagine by you adding a humidity pack and storing it correctly Just use it as you need would be my advice .

Might try the Hindu Kush for the nostalgia and a few have highlighted it when I couldn't order it so may well try it now I've got more choice

As for communication and keeping you up to date it's spot on.
Also I'll be glad to get my meds as I got 30g of the 50g I ordered of just 1 product last month and while it sounded a good idea at the time it probably wasn't in hindsight suitable to take up so much of my script so lesson learnt and new stuff nearly here.
