Just a heads-up to others.

I opened a sealed 10g bag from my Mamedica® prescription today and weighed the contents as I normally do and it weighed to 7.48g.

I’ve had this strain multiple times before in the generic silver bags, and those have always weighed the full 10g. This one is in black Cantourage packaging.

I’ve spoken to the dispensary and submitted a complaint with photos via email. I was advised not to use the medication while it’s investigated and that it may take up to 8 weeks.

Has anyone else experienced this before or had a similar issue resolved?

Any advice would be much appreciated.

I have had a few of the silver bags and they were OK but not had the black bags but I will be avoiding Lot 420 stuff if they are underweight

You have done all you can do. I just hope you get a refund

Thank you for your replies JR52 and GreenRed I very much appreciate it. I’m definitely going to keep weighing everything I receive. Mamedica® have sent my information over to the supplier and given me a reference number to track the progress of my complaint. Fingers crossed they resolve this issue as soon as possible. I’ll post back here again when I receive the outcome. Hopefully it doesn’t take 8 weeks
