I like the sentiment but I think the reality is different. All the strains that we grew up with and know the effects of in this country are avilable on the German website my sis uses, so start with what the UK has known since the 90's... give me your widow's, blueberries, cheeses, amnesias, northern lights et al over the latest fad in polyhybrid triploid BS with a cool name and brand, 30% THC and no medicinal benefit...Just made me think reading this that the problem could possibly be that we haven't quite got to that say 12-20 strains of reliable stock/quality yet so that may be why they have just been pitching strain after strain after strain at the market and when we do get this maybe some will fade away?
I'm not against choice, just not a revolvig door, look at the list of discontinued, out of stock, limited trials etc and it'ssomething like 459 results over what 5/6 years? Also I would rather have the choice as long as I am aware of the quality thinking about it but 100+ a bit mind boggling at times![]()
It's those old genetics I'd love with a choice and steady supply and yes get rid of most the last 10 or so years and I'm still fineI like the sentiment but I think the reality is different. Oh yes credit where its due, they were brilliant over the holidays as they were working and delivering on time. One of the problems with the internet is that we all take to it to vent our frustrations, but rarley take to it to praise. In the interest of balance in this CB1 Medical thread I would like to say that i am , they made up with cb1 and they have gone the extra mile with me on multiple calls and questions, for me they heve been brilliant and I can recommend them.
I am extremely happy for you and Node your giving excellent care but unfortunately with me it was extremely painful and upsetting with me during my first consultation and took me long time to recover from it but every clinics do have their ups and downs and even though products the medication is OOS or whatever but they do try and help us and some yah they’re awful but the good ones deserve 5One of the problems with the internet is that we all take to it to vent our frustrations, but rarley take to it to praise. Seems you've nailed it on the to do list mate as far as I can see and like you say you've already seen the formulary and prefer it so it looks like you just need to go through the formalities and then after your first prescription has landed you request a discharge letter from mamedica but Cb1 will advise you on that on your appointment I'd imagine .My turn to make the switch from Mamedica® to CB1 Medical as they are offering free first year consultations if u switch from another clinic and I prefer their formulary options. Already registered and initial consultation booked for 17th. I have uploaded my records and current prescription from Mamedica and informed Mamedica. Anything else I need to do? Any advise highly appreciated
You appear on top of the situation! I would not have told your present clinic until cb1 write the first script, they advise that, bit late now but nothing to worry about. Just download the cb1 app and have it open in appointment section few mins before consultation. Looks like it but others who spot anything missing will straighten us up well in time lol and good luck with it and I will say I find them good at sending stuff out quick after ordering but we always order from what is available that day.So I just need wait for the consultation now I don't need to do anything else. Perfect
Another reason for the switch. Mamedica® so slow these days and have made some mistakes (some to my benefit but I would prefer them to just be on point) also my consultation due with them and don't Wana pay another £75 for lackluster service.Looks like it but others who spot anything missing will straighten us up well in time lol and good luck with it and I will say I find them good at sending stuff out quick after ordering but we always order from what is available that day.
I only told them as they wanted me to do another repeat script even tho mine is good till 17th (and was on holiday to India so couldn't take it) so I still have plenty. I also gave them the reasons for the switch so they should appreciate my feedback to be honest. You appear on top of the situation! Seems the right thing to do if you have to pay consultation fees where as I was on the access scheme but still left ,absolutely don't blame you as I'd do the same in this situation and CB1 Medical was where I enquired first on the basis of no consultation fees for the first year then £50/year after.Another reason for the switch.
