Yah mate been avoiding it the doctor medication Tramadole Codiene I am not on any antidepressants as they don’t work with my low mood sever ptsd so the therapist and psychologist stopped them but I am on Nitrazipan as well so a mess here

Hopefully your meds turn up today but it sounds likes a horrible situation to be going through and just hope it's cleared up soon as possible.

Do you have any MC there at all? If not try to sleep - sounds crazy/hard but even a 5min nap might help you as anxiety exhausting. Were here if you need.

If you are near holland and barret they do trip CBD drinks 25 mg i think , n acetyl cysteine NAC that does help with anxiety ocd etc £10 for 30 capsules or buy 1 get 1 half price look into benefits of it.

I appreciate you taking the time and comforting me so kind and the experience what happened to me yesterday with DPD driver I am just struggling with words as so emotionally drained mentally physically drained but just would like to say thank you

So sorry for you - Its terrible can happen to any of us. The bank should be able to help get your money back or refund you. Do you have any meds to help your anxiety?

I ended up using Nitrazipan , but just the love and care I am receiving from all of you aiding me through this difficult journey process much and greatly appreciate your support you all like a family to me
