Migraines

Evening all

I'm currently between medication - I always run out before the end of the month due to the shite efficacy of almost every strain.

However, during this break, I have not had a single migraine. During medication I get migraines almost every day, especially if I'm smoking or vaping a really old strain.

If I am supposed to be medicating for migraines, why the ing ell is my medicine causing more migraines than it relieves?

I get this from all brands, all growers, especially if it's brown and dry or with destroyed terpenes.

Just posting this to hope that I'm not alone. I spoke to my 'doctor' at Mamedica® and he just shrugged and said 'well, nothing I can do about that I'm afraid'

Its a paradox this "medical" weed, most of it it bloody awful

I suffer with migraine with aura , cluster headaches and vestibular migraines but what i had paid more attention to was sinus causing issues so if using especially smoking then you must clear your sinuses.

Lunar circus and brown jet fuel gelato done it to me and made my chest worse and sinus issues contributing to a few headaches but i managed to get NAC for my chest and in turn it cleared my sinus, sinus spray or anti mucolytic NAC to clear and you can start enjoying it again.

Try and have a CBD strain there with see if it helps as a preventer or dimmer as i found it worked well for back pain but not tried for migraine.

Awful response from the clinician there

High THC sometimes triggers my migraines but was going to say same re CBD. I use it throughout the day to compliment

Couple of things to try at least, all the best because migraines are no fun

Always very hydrated - I glug pints of lemon squash or water all day. Now the water is Welsh, it's much tastier too
