I think Alternaleaf have come out the other end of their rough patch. It's a shame I may be leaving tomorrow...
I know a few people may be considering another clinic after the CB1 Medical issues and felt I would throw my 2 cents into the ring here.
They were kind enough to action my script immediately instead of waiting for the weekend all without asking, then after a slight issue on my part I had to change a strain, emailed them on Saturday when I noticed I made a mistake.
Yesterday, I get an email to say my script was approved and they were sending it to IPS directly instead of Montu > IPS. And then about 15 minute ago (annoyingly after 4PM!) I get the payment link from IPS.
My biggest issue with Alternaleaf has always been the Montu > IPS delay. It meant I had to choose between medication I didn't want or a prompt turnaround. If they're no longer sending to Montu first then that is a game changer to the point I'm considering halting my move. The way I see it is if my meds can go to either Montu/IPS without a delay then that gives me access to the most complete and reliable pharmacies (moving would only give me access to IPS).
Montu appear to have restocked to an acceptable level. Albeit with a lot of filler product. I personally think they should change the way they communicate NNR products, it makes them look empty but they do have workable levels of stock at all prices now.
Their email services and new live chat seem to have sped a lot of things up for them. I always found the call back service reliable instead of waiting for calls so I don't know how that has been affected, if it's been affected.
It's a budget clinic so it will always have some shortcomings but I think things are starting to turnaround for them now.

Normally the doctor writes the script on that call so there's no need for the script to then be approved outside of that initial MDT meeting to approve you as a patient.
I wouldn't expect you to be waiting a week, at most 4 days.

Doc wrote-up Sourdough as flower, instead of cart on last Monday's call (no shade, he's a noob ). Customer Service sent it back to him for a rewrite, last Weds. Maybe by the time it had been rewritten it had missed last week's MDT, who knows?!
Emailed yesterday, but not heard owt back yet. At this rate, by the time the script is released, items will be OOS!

I wonder if the original doctor needs to sign it off because it's the first script? Honestly I'd you're able to, ring them tomorrow and they'll escalate it.
If you do it in the morning you may find you get a payment link tomorrow as well.
