It had crossed my mind to use their dispensary recently but I feared something like this would be the result ,sorry to hear this mate as it can get a bit drainingWarning for anyone using Mamedica® who is with a different clinic - no point sending anything to them, for now at least
After chasing a script multiple times that was written getting on for 2 weeks ago I got a response this morning that they have my script, but basically after their system changes recently they've left themselves without the ability to invoice external scripts
It would have been nice for them to proactively volunteer this information when they received my script rather than just let it sit, but I can't say I'm surprised.
Perhaps a case of shame on me for being fooled twice, thinking I could send a script here after leaving their clinic due to similar situations with both clinic and pharmacy in the past.
Anyway, give them a miss for now and save yourself the hassle, I'll be getting a rewrite done because they don't even know when it will be fixed

We've lost access temporarilyI ordered through the new portal and had no issues,it was pretty simple last month. Went to do this months but the app wouldn't let me change page so I just phoned them and placed the order last week and now waiting for invoice

I had to re request it from my GP when I transferred from Mamedica and I'm pretty sure you have to as it it would be just too simple the other wayCould i get my NHS SOC records from Mamedica® if i ask for discharge letter or would i need to go back to GP as i needed to get a subject acces request from my neurologist and i took a month.
