There are some decent reviews on Feefo even from the last couple days, some of them confirming next day delivery, so still crossing my fingers :)
I did send a prescription there for the first time the other week but the product went OOS so I'm pretty much waiting for positive feedback before ordering from there as the discounts recently that they have had are proper savings and the MAC3 you have on order is meant to be decent and for £40 a steal.😅
 
oh great, I reviewed all pharmacy topics today and somehow I missed this one, the very one I apparently shouldn't have. Of course the first order I have ever posted today is with Newgrove , so I guess I'll wait... :) at least I'm prepared for a shtshow now and anxiety won't hit so hard. 😁

Yeah pharmacy service times can fluctuate a lot, just because it was crap for a bit doesn't mean it won't recover

The more concerning thing for me with Newgrove in particular is that they don't respond to emails or app messages at all (or don't with me anyway)
 
Well they have received my prescriptions today, according to RM trackig. I should be waiting for any updates via email, or a payment link now? What's next?
I've njot actually received anything from Newgrove personally but I would expect them to get in touch today or tomorrow by phone or email then set up a payment link and usually once paid the next day you receive the meds depending on pharmacy as some contact you straight away and some contact you when they are ready to dispense and having not been dispensed from their I'm not 100% sure which way they do it but hopefully someone will fill in the gaps for us .

If they haven't been in touch by tomorrow I'd ring them .
 
Thanks! Also apparently I got 2 separate prescriptions for flower and oil... can they come separately?
Are they both from Newgrove and if so they could well arrive together and hopefully the oil doesn't need ordering in as this could cause a small delay for the oil.
If I order say four products that will be split on to two prescriptions usually even if they are going to the same pharmacy (y)
 
Oil says "low stock" and the status is fairly recent, hope that means they still have it

I get the feeling your right so hopefully it's all systems go and the BCM oils are meant to be quality as I remember someone else using them as a T20 and they were well impressed (y)

You may well find yourself using the same few pharmacies over time and I think I'm registered at Specials , Montu and IPS but it's no major holdup when you use each one independently and have to sign up and it has never delayed my meds thinking back .
 
Yeah just take it as it comes, as and when you use other pharmacies I'd agree, might add an extra day that first time but it's going to be the pharmacy's general state of service that's going to determine outcomes
 
Ah great, with all the mucking around, now Jack Herer is out of stock. What now? Shall I get a rewrite for alternatives via Cannabis Clinic Cardiff?

Yes the clinic usually contact you through email pretty quickly once notified by Newgrove and you select the same or another product from any pharmacy if you wish and you could have the available goods sent out from Newgrove in the interim (y)
