They are selling them for £20 on the pharmacy site, not sure they are worth that but nice to get a free one for sure.
Apparently I'll receive an email to sign-up to their rewards scheme in a week or two - I'll share here when I get that as it doesn't appear to be the reward scheme linked on MedBud

Not happy with Newgrove
I didn't share here after first couple of issues in case they got resolved but they didn't so it's moan time
I could never work that rewards scheme out, don't know if I'm getting stamps or how to use them, don't seem to be able to get any response from them via email (I don't do phone calls), whether it was about rewards, or a problem with a previous order to them not been able to get a response
Now this time my script has been languishing with them for days, I suspect I won't hear again in response to emails, they'll just get to it when it suits them
Given I can choose any pharmacy they are giving me 0 re

I am in the same boat as you mate unfortunatly, not keen to bash but everyman has a breaking point. Similar situation, script sent to me from clinic on 24/7 to be delivered 8/8...yet pharmacy still havn't received it? The lengths I go to ensure they are on time don't seem to matter anymore, I order my next script 1 week into current 1, that's brutal when you hear how the others operate these days. My preference is for emails also, but its just radio silence now at Newgrove. Been with them nearly 2 years. Until April, any issues with them usually were at the fault of the clinic i use, however things at Newgrove are slipping badly & to be honest, I have had my fill with them ignoring me. I've asked my clinic to confirm if it's been delivered to Newgrove and see if they can prod them into action, otherwise I'll rewrite away from this pharmacy and send it to someone who wants to dispense medicine!
When I was with Wellfords I always had issues with Newgrove.
They'd constantly deny having my script so I'd be chasing around for days, it was only when the Wellfords practice manager got involved did it magically appear again.
In 6 months with them it happened 4 times.
I've just gone through my old emails and Naresh Rallmil was always really helpful at getting things sorted, if you can get a hold of him I think you'll have an easier experience getting your meds.Thanks for sharing, think this will be my last go with them in any event. I'm late getting meds and probably for all of us it's a 4x anxiety multiplier when that happens
Same boat chum, radio silence at my end also, have asked the clinic if they have had any joy with them & if not can they find me a pharmacy who can complete the script. Not sure what has gone wrong at Newgrove but time for a change for me.Still no script fulfillment from Newgrove, still no response to my messages - my clinic tried to contact them too and no response
Rewrite is being done now off to a different pharmacy - I'd say avoid Newgrove for now whilst they get their act together - must be getting too many orders so let's help them by easing the load![]()
