Cool - an existing patient!I use good old fashioned voice technology... find a good pharmacist within CB1 Medical and speak to the same person. Works for me so far.
OK forget that they just called me even though they are closed such nice lady sorted it wow what a service.So I've just had email from pharmacy CB1 Medical billing me for 10g of lemon I have not ordered. Its just been randomly picked and billed. Wtf is this its 22% wanga I would not be happy smoking 10 years ago. Do I have no choice? I have emailed them but its weekend so I expect that there will be nobody there until Monday. All I know is I ain't paying for what they are trying to bill me for.
I'd ring them Monday and ask to place the prescription order over the phone.Turning back negative she didn't cancel the order she canceled the prescription now the app kicking me back to stage 1 book an appointment. Going backwards here.
I may cancel my order with this pharmacy they don't seem to understand basic English. I tell them the problem and I get another email telling me to go reorder. Wtf do I order if you cancel my prescription? I can't order what I can't see. It seems they going to have to drop this usless app or they going to drop patients. My patience is running out I've had more sense from british gas andys from India.
