Still no sign of my prescription reaching the pharmacy, so it looks like snails pace for me. Two of my picks have gone NNR since my appointment yesterday so I don't know if I need a re-write nowI think everyone gets the email but then it’s pot luck as to if you get near instant processing or snails pacehopefully you’re in the lucky bunch
but that’s the way to do it mate absolutely request more then you think you need then your not stressing

From my experience, yes, you'll need a rewrite, from the original prescribing doc. Get ahead of the game and give them a call, so they can submit the rewrite request before something else goes OOS. It's been ongoing for over a week. I commented to the pharmacist yesterday that I had been looking at the stock for a week and had to re-write my list about 4 times because things kept going out of stock. I've emailed AL and Montu. And another strain from my prescription has just gone NNR plus the ones that I would have replaced the previous NNRs with. They are going NNR faster than I can pick them and much faster than Alternaleaf can respond. At this rate, I'm not sure I will even get a prescription this month.

Gutted, fingers crossed they don't go OOS. Personally I've only ever had that happen once but I think I'm lucky. Usually for me they are still NNR by the time my request is processed and I don't hang about paying for them, but recently even more strangely the Pave went from NNR to OOS, back to NNR by the time my request was processed, so who knows, Montu work in mysterious waysStill no sign of my prescription reaching the pharmacy, so it looks like snails pace for me. I've had an email this morning saying Alternaleaf and Montu are going to look into why processing times for me are slow, I'll let you know if there are any great revelations

I think if they are in stock when you send the email/use the portal, and go NNR afterwards, you can still buy them, as long as they don't go fully sold out? I have done so at least a couple of times

Update: My prescription landed late this afternoon, all of my items that went NNR are secured on my prescription. Ordered, paid for and should arrive on MondayUgh. You know I know where you're at! Got everything crossed it gets sorted out for you

A little positive news, I submitted my repeat request yesterday, and it's been approved already, payment link arrived half an hour ago. Less than 24hrs from request to receipt. Impressive!

Just over 48 hours from prescription getting sent to getting the payment link, that's more like it. I have just paid for a few bits so let's see if I get the fabled Sunday delivery. I can't imagine I will around my way to be honest but the RM website says I should

to be honest a Monday delivery would be class let alone Sunday I’m quite happy with Montu and Alternaleaf now after the speedy refund of the mouldy flower they are top of my list I don’t really want to buy from anywhere else now
